Why Texas is better than California? The whole time they talking about LA but mention California in the headline. Cali is a huge state and have quiet areas too from top to bottom. Just like texas has big cities

California is going down in flames. The taxation is absolutely insane. It's a sanctuary state to illegal foreign invaders. It is extremely soft on all crime including violent crime. The big cities are disgusting, not to say Houston is great but at least there isn't human feces, needles and used rubbers every where. California is toast.
I’m originally from Detroit and moved to San Diego a few years ago and now I’m thinking of moving to Austin.. sometimes I don’t like all this Texans on Californians hate. We’re all just humans trying to survive and find our best place. I love CA but it’s too expensive I can’t even afford an apartment here.. TX is beautiful and affordable.

We hate that most from those places vote like morons, do not take a step back and think, "wow, being a liberal has really screwed the pooch, maybe I should change and vote like the people who live in the nice places?" Nope. The politics stay the same and infect the nice red communities. Look at Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin. All we're amazing cities when they were red. Once a bunch of liberals came moving in and changed the face of politics, the cities became blue and have gone to hell. That's why we red state folks don't like y'all liberals coming in and insisting on bringing your thinking with you.

Only a matter of time before Californian's ruin Texas as well. Keep in mind, the two people comparing these two states have incredible wealth, and CAN move from state to state. Not denigrating the opportunity one can find in Texas, but it is that way for a reason, and all the wealth currently moving there will absolutely change the political dynamic of the state. Hopefully the people moving there are aware of that, but I really doubt that.
Sir, have you looked around recently? Have a look at China and India…. That’s where we are headed because people can’t stop reproducing like rabbits. Let it go. Eventually all the states will be like California… it’s a matter of overpopulation and over consumption. That’s the root cause of 99% of life’s problems. Get over it unless we can convince people to stop making goddamn Arvin copies of themselves nonstop, all day, every day.

I moved from LA to just outside of LA. That’s where it’s at. Great weather and Low Key. Texas was an option but wasn’t my vibe.

Very few jobs actually pay the 7.25 in texas. Hell, Panda Express in dallas fort worth area starts at 18.50 per hour. Most warehouses at 18-25 per hour. Low skilled labor is paid pretty well in texas.
