As a dragons fan... You can never really count the Bronx out with a full strength roster. 1-17 they've got a top 4 side on paper. In saying that, they've got a steep hill to climb from here if they want to make finals footy. We were lucky to get the Win yesterday but it's bitter sweet as that 2nd half showed how incomplete we still are.
Think who was missing yet again last night..
Walsh, Carrigan, Hass, Cobbo, jock Maddin, Reynolds… that’s some serious people out..
Dragons had hunt Lomax rhm ramsey and Corey Allen out. No excuses

Not a Brisbane fan but If the Origin players were available for this game, they would've won in my opinion.
Origin hurts clubs because its in the mid season. The Broncos needed a spark and this could've helped them..
That’s on the broncos for not building enough depth in the team. That’s a reflection on the system not being good enough and relying too much on their key players. The dragons were missing their two best players and arguably have a worst roster on paper and beat the broncos last night
Panthers lose just as much and barely drop in performance. Storm has had most of their stars missing and still number 1. Dragons also had no Hunt and Lomax. Broncos are just overrated

You don’t see other top teams like panthers, storm and roosters complaining abt this. They expect the next man up to get the job done. Even Walters has whined abt it. And that’s exactly why they’ve fallen off
@@FieldPlug facts, Penrith have missed Cleary for majority of the year and have also missed players due to origin. The whole May situation and still got on with it. Sorenson missed an extended period of time. Storm have missed Munster heaps this year, Papi, Hughes had time out, and they’ve gotten on with it. Roosters have mainly missed players through origin but have also gotten on with it too. Broncos needa stop making excuses
I’m a die hard broncos fan.. it they are done for the year.. I think injuries have really hurt us to much this year..
No depth hurt broncos. Penrith have had more injuries and suspensions and still up top

@@PigsyMonkeyMagic the panthers lost to the cowboys and nsw cup warriors team they are not invincible, the roosters have lost some shockers too. With Reynolds and our origin boys back don't sleep on us or we will come back and bite you
They have an average coach. Kevie can't get an average player and him a great player. They rely on pure talent and when Reynolds is assistant coach.
They only function as a team consistantly when Renno is on the park to lead them which seems like a pretty clear indictment on the coaching staff, maybe Tyson Gamble was right all along 🤷♂
Reno is basically the coach Gamble and Cobbo were right it’s just so disappointing we are crap without Reynolds. I think Kevvie needs to be brought into question considering we will be missing the 8 no way do we make the 8 this season.

A bit harsh in my opinion considering their horror injury toll. Also Origin puts a massive strain on teams like the Broncos. I dare say its even cost them Premierships over the years!🤔
Yeah but the Storm and Panthers have both had some of their best players out for long periods, i.e. Munster, Cleary etc and they still don't slump and lose 6 straight games. Criticism is valid because it's clear they overly rely on the likes of Reynolds and Walsh to the point that they don't have a backup plan to win without them and their whole style of play even requires them to play. Storm and Penrith can still win with key men out. The difference in my opinion is, that Kevie simply isn't that great of a coach compared to Bellamy and Cleary.
Its bad for Broncos to loosed coz its already a benefit for Nsw claiming the victory 💙💙👌

Penrith will go a fourth premiership AND when I look at the Origin team 8 players are Penrith or ex Penrith 5 are from Penrith and 3 are ex Penrith with the dogs ..And Cleary to come back fresh for the run home 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Tough for the Broncos. Halfback is out, other players missing and most NRL teams are competitive this year.
They’ve been done since the GF and will be for a long time. Coughing up that 16 point lead with 20 to go broke them. before that night I was beyond convinced they would win a couple of premierships easily, now I just see them as fragile mentally and physically. Without Reynolds and haas they are not even a semis team. Carrigan is the new David Taylor

@@ThurstonWatt Kevie isn't one of the best coaches. He just got lucky with some excellent players who played really well last year. He's not a systems coach like Bellamy or Cleary that can coach a team to wins even without key players, due to the consistency of good systems.
They lack discipline they lack resilience, and neither of those things have anything to do with an absolute tragic season in terms of injuries and of course origin isn’t helping. Hell on Saturday night alone $5,000,000 of a $10,000,000 salary cap was missing. So it’s unlikely that they’re gonna win to many. But they’re giving silly penalties and throwing silly passes and missing easy tackles that’s all attitude.

Attitude, other clubs have worked them out. Yes, injuries have hurt them, but you need depth to cover for it. The competition is a bit closer this year, they might still make the 8, but not the top 4. Hee haw,
