Luai has been pulling defenders off side in that way for years but can't handle it when it happens to him. Now we have this stupid referee penalising the other team as soon as they see anything, but all blockers and head-high tackles from panthers are ignored all day long.
Kotoni was just pushing luai to the side after the tackle was completed. He didnt even push hard, yet luai wanted to pick a fight. You can tell that staggs never intended the fight, his eyes were focused on the ball. So this was the wrong call by the referee
