Reynolds footy brain is exceptional. He looks as if he does nothing but everything at the same time. Everybody is raving about panthers professionalism. But the bronx play a different style barring ref influence i think broncos will overpower penrith in the end. Defence as always will be the difference. Penrith expect to be dominent, actually flant the rules to slow the oppositions attack. Refs seem to ignore their efforts and allow it to happen. Having that illegal actions penalised will increase the attacking efforts against them. They will whilt and thus bronx attack will prevail. Tight game. But broncos to win, but i am very much bias. Pass from Walsh for the 30 points was forward, but cobbos was backwards just had forward momentum, didn’t change the game in the end except for 6 points
The big forward pass was 5 mins after the dis-allowed try to Herbie, which was called forward, but was not, on the replay. Ref had the box in his ear, got that wrong, so he ignored whatever happen next .. was balance .. bit excessive to have let that one go though.
I was curious to see how Nfl and Nrl were like and man, I'm not a lover but this is a sport! Nfl is just a constant start-stop rythm, the ball stays in play a few seconds every minute at most.
Can we play Payne Haas on the wing for a game or two next year? I want to see him in full-sprint more often. Might be a solid strategy after/during the Origin period...
Surely pass from sj to pompie was forward being that staggs was in line with sj. Pompie was a metre behind stagg thus in front of johnson. Stagg defending penalty was for stagg touching pompie whilst not in position.
