I've put up with flat hair from flat-ironing for decades, so it was lovely to get the thumbs up from another curly girly - and you even demonstrated how to get the lift at the front, exactly the look I'm after and loving the other little tips and tricks!!

I don’t want to be dramatic but this video changed my whole dang life. 😂. I’ve had the Rise for over a year… just sitting on my shelf collecting dust cuz I thought I tried every technique and i couldn’t get it to work. This was a game changer. Finally the perfect loose curls I’ve been trying so hard to achieve! This is brilliant! Thank you for sharing!

Love the video! One question I had is about when you are away on holiday such as the beach, how do you care for your hair? Do you need to straighten it each time after swimming or does it stay in a particular style after all the straightening treatments?
If I get my hair wet it goes back curly. I don’t have a straightening treatment on it right now, but even when I do if it gets wet it curls. Tbh on holidays I look a mess, a happy little beach mess. I’m there to relax 😂😂

Is it good for frizzy hair? And is it long lasting?
Out of all my hair tools I feel like this creates the most long lasting finish. Fab for frizzy hair, but you absolutely have to get the technique down first!
Maybe easier for people who can’t use a flat iron but tbh a flat iron will do this way faster less likely to burn you and it will smooth as your curling 💁🏼♀️
For me this produces better results then curling with a flat iron! The curls hold much better and it’s easier for me to do this style with this tool xx

I like that you share tips on how to get cheaper hair tools , if you have any more similar tips or ideas on how to save our money , please share with us ! But I don’t think that will ever buy this specific GHD curler because I know that it will definitely be a disaster lol
This is not a hair tool for the faint hearted 😂 I’ll share any money saving tips I have in videos! But I’m also thinking of starting a blog or newsletter type thing just for deals. Is this something you would be interested in?

Thank you! They do have some yellowing tbh but my camera does a great job of hiding that 😂 I don’t use any whitening products at the moment, but I am looking for something to use. So if you find anything good please share xx
