hey nick i would love a recovery video. You do so much exercise that your recovery routine must be pretty solid and as someone who suffers from a lot of injury I think it would be really helpful!
Be careful running in your race shoes close to race day. If you want to get super technical, it takes about 3 days for the foam to fully recover from a run and become 100% “bouncy” again. Good luck!
@@stevemaclean83 did a lot of foam rolling and 3 hours after I went for a 5km walk. Overall still feeling pretty oke, some soreness in my hips and knees(had knee surgery 2 years ago, so definitely a big impact). But the muscles are all feeling really good. Ran 3 hours and 6 minutes

I’m currently probably in the obese category but I’ve realized that and am trying to lose weight and am doing some cardio every day usually 20-40 minutes depending on how hard I want to go each day and I’ve lost like 10lbs in about 2-3 weeks how much overweight I was eating at like a 750 calorie deficit while doing cardio

Chef’s tip. Parboil your potatoes first in water with a little bit of baking soda. Let them steam in a colander so they dry off. Then season them coat them in oil and toss in a bowl to beat them up a bit. The rough edges you create on the potato will go crispy. Then bake in the oven. Full proof method for perfect roast potatoes.
@@Slamson808 you can't get as precise of a grind with a grinder like that, a burr grinder will give your much more consistent grind and you can control whether it's fine or coarse dependent on what kind of coffee you are making
