Not just a talented actor, but a skilled driver in the Porsche series in Germany, and a smart businessman who got the rights to the Assassins Creed game and lead it/made it into a great movie/ possible series of movies. He and Alicia bought the rights to Le Bureau and made it into this successful American series. He is a great advertisement for the Irish educational system and hard working Irish and German parents. He also chose a great talented wife.
I don't want to subscribe to still another streaming service, but I really want to see The Agency because I really like Fassbender, esp. now that I know there's talk of another season. Should I bite the bullet and get Showtime?
Apparently, Jimmy, you don't watch Graham Norton. This man can still do a swan dive, so he could dance circles around you, likely. And the baseball bat game reminds me of Dizzy Izzy, a tradition from UW-Madison. People had to put their forehead on the bat, circle around it several times until they were dizzy, and then try to run up Bascom hill, which is very steep. The person who got the highest was the winner.
Fassbender is charismatic and handsome, though as an actor, he is only as good as his director. He’s been terrific at Tarantino’s “Inglorious Basterds”, he is Ok in “the Agency”. The original french show has much more atmosphere. And “Band of Brothers” is an all-time masterpiece, of course. I'm done for the day 😂

Jimmy Fallon is the worst. He so clearly barely just knows stuff from the clips he has gotten before hand but acts like he is a massive fan and totally immersed. How he has lasted this long is beyond me.
His mother was great grandniece of Michael Collins. Probably who he was named after. He is the reason Ireland exists and the British Empire started to shake. The Israelis travelled to Ireland for advice on kicking the British out of Israel. The king david hotel blew up on top of the British secret service HQ soon after and the Empire lost another leg. Ghandi and friends had already took notice of the work of Michael Collins and so did a few other countries
His irish accent has diluted a bit. And before anyone says you lose your accent when you move away . No. Not everyone loses it. But I guess being an actor he has to change it a lot
That clip was one of the more "action-filled" ones. I gave it about 20 minutes before i gave up on The Agency....and i like Fassbender. Its boring and slow. Churned out for TV mass-consumption. Watch Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy from 2011, starring Gary Oldman, if you like your Spy Thrillers with some highbrow.
If all you care about is action in your spy shows, this show isn't it. But if you like well-written, layered, well-acted spy shows, this is great. Just like the original French series.
Fassbender is brilliant actor very underrated so charisma personified.
