    Tried the ramen. Didn’t have a vegan packet so made my own using vegetable broth and the rest of your ingredients (except for the milk which I didn’t have and it was delish! Will definitely make again ❤️ thanks!

    Highly recommend a Breville 16 cup Sous Chef food processor, you can find them used at affordable prices, and it is absolutely worth it! They are SUPER quiet, like a purrrrrr vs that high whine of a motor, and everything chops mega evenly. I have compared it to Cuisinart and Kitchenaid. I think you would love it!

    I also have bad adhd and hyper focus on certain meals - i ate a version of a white bean dip with roasted tomatoes with basil, mini cucumbers, and home made toasted sourdough for weeks haha

    I have some Immi Eats ramen in my pantry, just sitting there because I find it kind of meh. But the tahini and plant milk broth enhancement looks tempting. I also have a jar of chili crisps in my fridge - I love the idea of putting them on the ramen. I’m inspired now to re-try Immi. Thanks!

    You might want to try Dandy Blend as a coffee alternative...really good if you use more than 1 tbsp per mug of water and sweeten it and add a non dairy milk

    Don't know if this will be seen, but I wanted to say: You Rock! I've been watching your channel for the better part of a decade, and I learned a lot from it in that amount of time. It was especially helpful in my earlier years, but still one of my favs💚
    Because I'm underweight (from a host of autonomic nervous syndromes; I'm at mortality age for 1 of them) this is perfect for me. I've been eating a lot of healthy plant-based proteins, fat, and carbs, (4 about 1 mon.). I've been able to gain a bit since my profile pic was taken. I usually have a smoothie for breakfast bc I have much the same eating pattern, and I don't have an appetite until around noon.

    I'm over 40 years old and its not by eating more proteins! Eat your 3 meals and 2 to 3 snacks in yours day to keep harmonal balance equal. Everyone think's that you have to eat bla, bla, bla amount of protein! But it's not true. You have to calculate (Your weight divided by 2.2 for the number of kilos x2 for the number of proteins you need in a day. Your welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I’m not a doctor either but this is NOT how it works. Hormones are never equal lol.
      And they will decline with age no matter what you eat.

      There are some good recipes online for homemade lentil tofu and protein powders (from nuts, etc). Dried lentils are super cheap.

    It is actually a myth that we need more protein. As long as you eat diverse with focus on micro and macro nutrients less starches more greens. Also eating one meal a day is more beneficial for our body system, hydrating by drinking more juices and coconut water lemon water..... can help keep the brain from thinking it's hhungry. Truly, most of us when we think we are hungry, we're actually dehydrated.

      All 100% accurate from everything I’ve studied! This whole Atkins thing from way back started this protein craze and we’ve never completely come back from it. Protein is of course needed but not in the amounts that we’re led to believe!

    Ladies, If you eat a high protein diet for a long period of time, most not all of us will put on weight. I suggest you eat 4O to 50 gms a day as a good rule for weight control.

      The recommended amount of protein for an adult woman is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. For example, a woman who weighs 150 pounds should consume at least 55 grams of protein per day. BUT You might need to increase your protein intake if you're: Particularly active (like I am), have ADHD (like I do), Before or during your period, or are a woman upwards of late 30s (this is to help reduce muscle loss)

      @EdgyVeg We americans have the most health issues, cancers, heart disease over other countries, except some remote islands which we introduced our way of eating to. In any country on this planet, only the arrogant americans think 150 lbs for a 5'5 woman is an acceptable weight. No decent health professional outside America thinks that. Americans are a spoiled lot and will continue to spiral downward until they learn that less is the best medicine if all.
