- One of the first and most important things to consider and remember when you're installing overhead irrigation like a spray head or an MP rotator is ensuring that you have head to head coverage - spraying all the way to the base of the adjacent head. (7 of 11 in series)

Really impressed with the quality of this video series. Many thanks.

Thanks so much for all of the videos of how to install a sprinkler system! The videos gave me great hints and advices to make a perfect sprinkler system, and the advices in the videos makes a new sprinkler system look like it will be hassle free for years! Love you Hunter! 🤩👍🏆
Glad to help! Thank you for choosing Hunter Industries!
@@Hunter_Industries you are so welcome!
Love the video! Did a home project two years ago where we replaced 10 heads with 5 new MP rotators (and a couple of the pressure regulating pro sprays here and there). The savings was immediately noticeable as well!

You should use 1in poly line for your main feed and use swing pipe and appropriate fittings for your heads
I want to replace my spray heads with MP rotators. Is it really as simple as unscrewing the old head and putting the new one on? Also where can i get that orange tool as it appears ill need that to set the rotator? Bear in mind i am NOT handy at all.
now my yard will be forever green :)

Can you please provide a video on how to convert a rotor to a drip line? I have 2 zones that used to be rotors and would like to convert them to drip lines. I can't find any info on how to do so. Thanks!
Good question about installation. Please use the links below to learn how to design your drip system. We do not offer parts to retrofit from a rotor to a dripline. We do make parts to thread into a pipe that had rotors to go drip though.

👍👍👍👍❤❤❤
Glad you liked it
I wish the "landscaper" that did my install had watched this first... What we ended up with was not even close to this. Such a waste.
You’re not alone. I hired a “professional” who has done this for “30” years and it’s still not working great 2 years later. I definitely don’t have head to head coverage. Lots of dry spots.
Easy job 🤣🤣🤣
