I've always hated the giant fender headstock. Just make it the smaller one. It's more pleasing

Hi, thanks for your comment! While all guitars vary slightly, these models weigh around the 3kg mark.
3 kilograms converted to pounds is around 7-8 pounds

Hey! What is the difference between this one and a standard fender mexican strat?
Hey! thanks for your message. The model in this video is a squier- made by Fender in China, the Fender mexicans are made in Mexico, have Fender on the headstock and start from about £579. Let me know if you need any more info. John

@@Kaustubh3024 there's more to it then just the name and origin of production: they differ in materials, pick-ups are different too. Mexican Fender HSS strat has alder body, maple or pao ferro (or rosewood) fingerboard and alnico V single coils and alnico II humbucker. Squier Affinity HSS has poplar body, maple or indian laurel fingerboard and ceramic humbucker and ceramic single coils.
This is a 2021 model or 2022 ?
