@@Damirrea just keep notes/video's of any problems you might get from her because it sounds like she's going to try to make your life hell so you can move out,this happened to my friend and her girlfriend but luckily their landlord evicted the lady long process but worth it we live London so different rules he evicted her due to antisocial behavior

A lot of times tenants move into a apt not being able to afford it so they use the “loud” neighbor defense to move out and not be sued for rent. Guess hers backfired.
