Either side of the blocks, off the end casting straight out to sea and casting between the two piers. In the right conditions you can get them from just before the first gate casting into the bay mate.

for your top hook try easy2hook mate you can put them on in the correct location and take them off your line with the open eye style trut me they work had cats to 220 lbs
