It is SUCH a social event for our industry. As I've mentioned previously, it is where I get to catch up, face to face, with so many of my friends and colleagues from Asia and Europe who don't seem to get to the US.
Greg - you mentioned you'll be hosting after-hours listening sessions at Southwest and Munich, but you didn't indicate you'll be hosting any such session(s) at AXPONA. Last year's AXPONA after-hours session was fantastic! My audio buddies and I have been eagerly anticipating attending again this year.

After AXPONA, the largest, most comprehensive show in the US, in mid-April, then High End Munich, the largest, most exhaustive show on planet Earth in mid-May, it is of little consequence to the mainstream audio press. While I’m sure it may be of interest to locals who cannot or choose not to attend other, more relevant events, even its promoter, Chester Group Exhibitions, Ltd, has no up-to-date site set up for the event… www.chestergroup.org/our-shows/
