I checked, and sadly, nope.
This is one of my most frustrating pieces of hardware that I own. Switching between bluetooth and lightspeed is not as seamless as it's made out to be.

Make it compatible with ghub ..way easier to update ..I know you guys haven't thought of that yet

My continue button was greyed out until i reset my pc. Plugged in the wire FIRST, then turned on the headset, pressed mute until flash to cyan color, then i plugged in the dongle after and the continue was able to be selected. Hope this helps someone.

How do i fix my g435 lightspeed not connecting? Literally none of the "fixes" found online do anything. It wont connect to other computers either. Bluetooth works fine. Lightspeed will continuously flash cyan and do nothing. The super small hidden reset button under the left ear phone also did nothing. The headset just no longer works as far as im concerned, considering you can't use bluetooth mode on a PC to game, without it killing the audio on voip programs.
+ why did i find logitech support answers suggesting to use/re-install logitech Ghub, when that software doesnt support this hardware?

Did you use an USB 3.0 port? the blue one? Mine didnt work until i plugged it in one of the blue ones
@@santieleven863 My system only has 3.0 and usb c, so yes. It was working for several months fine, then stopped. only bluetooth will connect. Lightspeed wont connect even when using another computer

My mic stopped working using lightspeed dongle (works with bluetooth but I dont like the sound quality). I have updated the driver and all PC drivers, I can hear sound but cannot get the mic to work again. I have not had it very long (less than a year) so I am quite upset.

I take it back…I did something dumb…my mute button was on, in case this happens to anyone, if u have no sound at all but it’s connected to your ps5. Press and hold the mute button till u hear a noise. Pressing the mute button will mute your mic, press and hold the mute button will silence everything 😂

First make the G933 work with G-Hub, then work on other things. Still can't change settings on my G933.

Got these for my kid to play on her switch, can't get it to connect to the console. I connected it successfully to my computer via dongle it came with. Tried to update it with the Update tool, but it doesn't recognize that the headset is connected to the PC. Tried via USB cable... nothing. TRIED IT EXACTLY HOW IT IS SAID IN THIS VIDEO AND NOTHING!!! It's exasperating!
I'm have the exact same issue with mine. Followed all instructions and used the original cable and it still won't recognize the headset to update
@@ChrisButner8 i just updated it on my computer, no need to hook any cable, just insert the dongle then download the update, after that just press continue and it will update automatically.

Para aquellos a los que no les reconoce los cascos y no pueden actualizar. Seguramente seáis usuarios de Windows 11, yo en un principio tampoco pude actualizar. La única solución que he encontrado es actualizar los cascos desde un sistema operativo Windows 10 (en mi caso desde mi portátil) y se me ha actualizado sin ningún problema. Espero que os sirva de ayuda :)
For those whose headset are not recognized and cant update. You are probably Windows 11 users, at first I couldnt update either. The only solution i found is just update the headset on a OS Windows 10 (a laptop in my case) an it worked without any problem. I hope u find this usefull :)
how can I upgrade it, if I lost my USB bluetooth receiver, and when connect with cable the update program doesnt se headphones?
Absolute terrible product, headphones is comfy and good quality but the lightspeed connector does not work at all, so many people have this problem yet there is no fix and youll still release it, got mine yesterday for Christmas and it worked, woke up this morning and it doesnt work, troubleshooted it for 2hrs and still no audio comes out, shows headset is 100% charged and that audio is playing but no sound is coming out. Dont give me youll troubleshoot guide that ive done multiple times and seen multiple times from people having the same problem
i want to get a pair. But i havent yet placed order as online community keeps saying - these headphones dont have voice prompts sating "bluetooth connected", '"lighetspeed connected", "battery 80%". Is LogiG planning to release a software update for this? Also, syncing this headphone to LogiG hub SW is a demand.
So far just a day in, Did not need Ghub, also the device will flash instead of making a sound. Don't know about battery but you can figure that on your own I think.
@@alarmneko6082 good so you are suggesting we all need to start learning "LED Flashing" language ? it's not a big ask to have an indicator, the comment owner stated everything plain and simple of what actually is really required from Logitech to improve, and I really hope they listen because unlike corsair, this company is deaf af.

But why not Xbox? Like fr the only reason my gf bought this was bc the elastic band on the g335 stretched out within 3 months and the 2.5 mm audio jack was starting to bend. She got tired of hereing me complain about it so she got the g435 only to find out it's not Xbox compatible. Can someone plz tell me whether this is a Microsoft problem or a logitech problem? Useless. No driver download is available for mac os. Busted out a Windows device, updated (though it wasn't easy!). Still can't pair to switch. What a disappointment. I use a lot of Logitech devices (including on my mac) but this headset is junk. I was looking forward to a lightweight headset to use with my switch. Cannot use them for the purpose I purchased them for.
can i replace my g435 battery? I had tried many methods but charging my headset isnt working, i had also checked my cable, but the battery stuck on 30,40%, i think the battery is damaged.
Yooo this is crazy! I received my headset 2 days ago and I have the same problem with G435!!! I kept it charging all day and the next day I tried to use it wirelessly, I noticed that it held no charge at all. It kept blinking red as soon as I would turn it on... I'm trying to charge it one more time before I return & refund it...

Mine randomly beeps and stops the audio for 10 seconds and its really annoying when I am gaming or on a call with someone and they have to fully repeat what they say. Its causing me a TON of frustration, does anyone know how to fix it? its connected to my pc via the included wireless port and its battery is full.

has anybody had a problem where their mic started randomly picking up their voice, typing etc when not wanted? micorphone monitoring is also off btw thats been checked.
A few days ago i bought these headphones. Can't say im dissapointed that much. The sound is good and they feel confortable. The only problem with them is that they arent charging everytime and it's annoying. I don't know why. The light goes green and it flickers so i suppose they are charging, but after a hour or so they are still at 20%.

No. The buttons are:power, volume + and volume - as well as a mic mute/unmute
Doesn't work those settings, my CONTINUE button is gray out!!!

I am having problems with sound where the sound is not as clear as it should be, I reinstalled sound drivers wich solved the problem once but after restart the problem came back and reinstalling sound drivers didnt help this time.

Hello everyone, I have the Logitech G435 and for a month I have had a problem, on my PS4 I cannot increase the volume of the headphones, I have tried to increase it with the volume up button, I also tried setting 100 dB, I try to turn it off and on the headphones, I tried the USB in the two ports of the PS4, I updated the firmware of the headphones, I checked if anything had changed in the PS4 settings, I even updated the PS4 and tried to leave the factory settings and nothing helped me, this problem It only happens to me on the PS4, both on the mobile phone using Bluetooth and on the PC using USB, I don't have any problems, only on the PS4 it doesn't let me increase the volume, I would appreciate any suggestions and all kinds of help, thank you very much in advance!

Try holding volume up and sync button at same time to reset them turn off and turn on again and it should work :)
the g435 keeps shutting off and its a known issue with a auto shut off every 30 min and is unable to be turned off

OK, PLEASE tell me how can I change between many paired bluetooth devices ? for example using with phone, then switch to nintendo switch :) or TV ? for now it works only when I cancel pairing and switch off BT on device, then my other device can connect with G435 - is there any way to do this "on the fly" without switching off G435 ? because there is no information about this in the user manual (strange), only that you can pair 6 devices :/ ...

en mi caso conectan y todo, el modo bluetooth perfecto, pero al conectar al pc en el modo lighspeed el microfono queda con interferencia, el audio esta bien pero el micro queda como con arañazos, ya cambie configuraciones y nada.

@@bagworm6683 tuve que llevarlos donde los compre y pedir garantía, me los cambiaros por otros y funcionan de maravilla, si no podes hacer efectiva la garantía para que te los cambien lo único que te queda es conseguir el adaptador usb por aparte para cambiar el malo

Hello before 4 days i bought one of these headphones and when i get back home i connect them to the pc but after cupple of hours i tried again and then they can not connect to the pc. This headset does not connect to PC via USBC it only charges cannot download fireware. Lightspeed connection does not work and yes dongle is plugged in and the headset it on. Only Bluetooth works and it still wont allot you to download the firmware even if you have it connected via bluetooth to a PC.

My g435 stopped working 2 times already we putted them in service bit they only said "download programme" they didn t even tell us the name of the programme and so on they just stopped working second time not that long ago

there 2 volume mode. Kepp Mute+Volume- is lower and Mute+Volume+ is louder

One of the best peripheral company* well at least that's what I think it should say since they don't make games, or correct me if I'm wrong. English isn't my first language.
just purchased this product, and sadly it's just waste of money and not worth it. saying this as a logitech fan - got g710+, g29, g935(headset died after 4 yrs hence bought g435).
cons g435:
not visible under logitech g hub
cant check current battery life
no EQ, sound quality very bad
pairing is not straight forward to PC, it took 4-5 plug/unplug attempts to get it paired
you will press the buttons on the headset each time you try to unplug usb-c cable, or each time you wear the headset
first time I am hugely dissapointed with @logitech product.
