I ran into a similar problem. Seems another cause for this issue is if you disable part of your headset in audio device settings. In my case I have a studio mic attacked to my desk via a boom arm. So I disabled the mic on the headset. Which made it appear as "Disabled" in the GHUB drivers. I re-enabled it, and everything was fine.
I have this with my G903 wireless. Really annoying, the drivers and ports don't have specified names so i cant just choose the "Logitech G903" driver. Theyre all calles smth like "Mouse cordless++ HDI, Mouse cordless lock+ USB etc. and then 30 variations of that. any hint to what the correct driver is ?

i tried to do it, and it worked without doing anything. Uninstall the G hub, and install it back, and only connect your headset when the software is installed. do check Accessibility in system preferences. Hope that will help you.

Your approach is so on point mate. Im trying to convert this solution in my case where i have g29 wheel, i got rid of the inactive situation but on g hub there is no input for the wheel and pedals. Steering the wheel and its still on zero and no movement at all for pedals when i push them. Now that i just watched your video, i am guessing that this also might be bc of driver. Because i see two g29 racing wheel in device manager. Please someone give me a hand, i am frustrated by this already.

I couldn't update mine so I rolled back to the previous version and it started working. Must be an issue with the current driver and my stuff.

This didn't work for me, as nothing in my sound was disabled. I uninstalled, and reinstalled ghub, then everything worked fine again!
