Respect for riding in that cold weather up north!!! Watch out for black ice. I say that because its been cold here in South Texas and Ive only seen a few guys out riding in this weather. I love putting on the gear and taking the Triumph Bonneville out on county roads
Hmm. Not wanting to put on a windshield. Not wanting bags to cover up the "look" of it. Not wanting to get it dirty.....you know this is why I ended up buying that Scram as "motorcycle #2" to ride in the Iowa winter 🤣🤣
Like you, I find the biggest problem with the Bear so far is the weather! I did put Barkbuster Storm guards on mine to use with Hippo Hands...that helps a lot. I don't think the Barkbusters ruin the looks. Hippo Hands do, but they beat not riding!
Your living proof that you can't judge a book by it's cover. If i hadn't of seen you in your videos, & I seen you out somewhere else & I was asked what bike that i thought you liked, I would say a harley-davidson. So my questions are 1. do you like harley's or do you just have them for nostalgic, emotional, or sentimental reasons because someone you cared about once owned them. 2. why do we never see you riding one in your videos? Thanks for your time! Have a beautiful day! Cheers!! Illinois, USA
Another great video Fuzzy! Glad I stumbled across your videos! I am hoping to get a Bear this year. They seems to be alot of fun and reliable. I have always ridden Harleys and will continue to do so, but I just can't see paying the inflated prices. They used to be reasonable! Be safe!!
A new H-D will depreciate more in the first month than a RE Bear will cost in total. Love Harleys but can't afford to ride like I do on them. RE Makes great bikes. Wahoo!
Definitely be able to tour on it I reckon.Fuzzy got new bike blues doesn't want to get it dirty😂🤣. Get a Rhinowalk 20L bag tailbag or 30L if want to carry a sleeping bag & clothes etc. That way you just remove bag when don't need it. Get the mesh type headlight bracket like Hitchcocks sell those RE one's won't stop stones cracking headlight the gaps are to big.Or Look at Powerbronze Headlight protector if they do one.
Just looked Powerbronze do a Headlight protector for RE 650 & other models £28 so about $32 US roughly.I use them they're minimalistic barely noticeable & stop stones breaking headlight. I tried putting link up but wouldn't stay up so jut type in powerbronze headlight protector Interceptor 650 & it'll come up.
If I do get one it would be the Black and Gold.It has the Tank Badge.lately I have something about those badges. My 99 Sportster Custom has one ,my 95 Enfield 500 iron barrel has one now my Interceptor needs one😮 Can I put one on my old Himmy?😮
I think the same way you do but im trying to manage it best I can. I hate my rides getting dirty but a find cleaning them very therapeutic so i guess its ok? 😂
Going to head to Baxter in the next couple of weeks to get one. This bike has awesome styling. Absolutely love it. Thanks for the video!
I hope you get one...you're going to love it!
Poor Fuzzy...so many challenges to riding an awesome bike! lol. Great video!
LOL...I know...Life is rough...I mean Great!
I am so looking forward to getting one of these! I hope this year.
Thanks for another great video! Cheers!
The Interceptor is a fabulous machine...love this Bear!

Crazy thing, Matt...I've got a Himalayan in the garage. Just want to ride my Interceptor...Wahoo!
Come on Fuzzy, it was made to get dirty, LOL. Looks great like it is. Safe riding and stay warm.

Had a great ride on the Bear. It's a great bike. Congratulations on yours. Wahoo!
At 71, I still think one can tour on any bike. They use to in the 50's. Piles of salt and snow in Ohio still. Looks better in your area.
You are correct. Life is good and winter can end anytime now...Wahoo!

LOL...Love that Harley's and do ride & video them...just not as much as the RE's.

You need one of these...and a Himi too!
Personally, I like scramblers and would use them in the historical sense. I tend to buy used, but may consider some plastic graphics in wear areas.
It's a fun bike. Wahoo!
A lot of problems have been reported with having to replace Interceptor relays. Is this the same with the Bear? Agree, don't change a thing.
I have not heard of these problems. Love the Interceptor & Bear. Wahoo!
I think they moved relay location on bear
When's the classic 650 cmng to america
Not sure, hoping this summer. Wahoo!
I like the Bear more than my Interceptor but I’m holding out for the Himalayan 750/850.
Love them all. I'm think'n the 750's will be a few more years. Hope I'm wrong. Wahoo!
Take the himi to alaska, they look better dirty anyway.😊 Nothing wrong with coddling your favorite.
Love that Himalayan!

I think the same way you do but im trying to manage it best I can. I hate my rides getting dirty but a find cleaning them very therapeutic so i guess its ok? 😂
It's a fun bike...I just need to do it!

Yes, I've got them on my Ironhead Sportster. Wahoo!
PS Good idea!
