    I bought this STL and scaled it up to full size, used Luban 3D to slice up the parts to fit my printers. Currently I've finished the entire upper section. One down side, the tolerances are very tight especially the pins that go in the elbow/shoulder joints, they are impossible to fit without modifying. It should be finished in the next month or so.

      @simondavey7072 I just bought the t800 endo skeleton and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to cut it for my Bambu p1s. Luban never worked for me or I just don’t know how to use it. Would you mind sharing your files with me?

    Just watching the animation is amazing! That alone makes my like this video. All the craftsmanship and determination and passion for making this and bringing it to life is truly a labour of love. I wish I could use this technology to make all my models but sadly the printing lines left behind make it impossible without having to sand the finished product. Thank you for sharing this with us. This looks so cool, very nice indeed. Great stuff. Wish I had access to this model when I 3D printed a T-800 in full scale last year. Would have made the process so much easier :) Well it might be a good reason to print another one. And it would make a pretty good video here on YT comparing this model with the first one :) Anyways keep up the good work.

    Está genial, pero la cabeza es un poco extraña. Sería bueno una correción en la cabeza, ya que noto que le falta frente. Podrían basarse en imágenes de la película Terminator 1 y copiar para tener las medidas más exactas.

    Great job! Dos you think I can scale it to real size?

    • @Gambody_com
      @Gambody_com  3 роки тому

      Well, the models we happen to feature on Gambody are prominent for the high level of detail and extremely elaborate design. We also want to note that the scale change might affect the alteration of certain details, yet still yielding satisfactory results. The main thing that you should pay attention to is the dimensions of the build plate of the 3D printing machine that you’re going to use. Kindly, make sure that you scale up the parts the model comprises proportionally, and all the enlarged parts fit the build volume of our printer. Please, be advised that the default’s model size after being printed is 470 mm tall, 217 mm wide, 187 mm deep for both FFF/FDM 1.0 and DLP/SLA 1.0 versions (calculated from the height of the T-800 Endoskeleton which is 1880 mm).
      Btw, in our FB group, you will be able to observe the quality of the Predator and Freddy Crueger figurines enlarged nearly to the life-size, here are the links respectively:

    I got it and started to build according to their recommendations but ran I to problems with the hands and wrist. Too brittle even with high resolution and 100% infill. So I am customizing the forearm to be one piece to print out as a stationary piece. So no articulated fingers and forearm pistons and wrists.

    Could you make a 1:1 model

    • @Gambody_com
      @Gambody_com  7 місяців тому

      Thank you for your interest in our marketplace!
      While the T-800 Endoskeleton figurine comes in the recommended 1:4 scale for FFF/FDM and DLP/SLA/SLS versions, you have the freedom to choose a larger scale for your project. To create a 1:1 version of the T-800, we recommend upscaling the files by 300% (print them at 400%). Fortunately, our high-poly STL files allow for impressive upscaling without sacrificing detail.
      Before you dive in, we suggest checking your 3D printer's specifications to ensure it can handle the upscaled parts. It's important to scale each part evenly for proper assembly after printing.

      Hello!
      We appreciate your inquiry regarding the color used to 3D print the T-800 Endoskeleton model. Typically, our customers prefer to print the figurines using single-color filament and then apply paintwork to achieve realistic textures that closely match the original design.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us!
      We understand the importance of capturing the essence of the character. At Gambody, we embrace artistic freedom and encourage our contributing artists to create unique interpretations of characters rather than exact replicas. We believe that these design differences can bring fresh perspectives to the models. It's worth noting that the final look of the print can be influenced by post-processing techniques, color choices, and customization options. We want to make sure that you have the opportunity to personalize your prints according to your liking.
      If you have specific comments or suggestions regarding the likeness of the T-800 Endoskeleton figurine, please share them with us at support@gambody.com. We'll make sure to forward your feedback to the contributing artist and our Moderation Team for future consideration.

      According to your reply to my comment, you are false advertising this or maybe more products, as you advertise them as accurate when you admit you don't even want them to be.
      Either make them accurate, or stop advertising they are. Getting the head all wrong is pretty heavy.

      @@plaguedocphd Thanks for clarifying your thoughts on the T-800 Endoskeleton figurine! We appreciate your patience as we try to find a middle ground.
      You're right - we highlight the model's intricate details and anatomical accuracy. Our goal is to showcase the contributing artist's skills in capturing the essence of the character. We understand your disappointment with the head sculpt not meeting your expectations of a perfect replica. As we mentioned previously, our contributing artists do have some creative freedom to bring fresh perspectives to their models. However, capturing the core characteristics of the source material remains a priority.
      To help us improve, it would be incredibly helpful if you could share more specific details about what aspects of the head appear inaccurate to you. This could be anything from facial proportions to specific missing details. Detailed feedback allows us to forward your concerns directly to our Moderation Team and the artist behind the model for consideration in future updates.
      We value constructive criticism and believe it plays an important role in the development of our marketplace. Please don't hesitate to send your detailed feedback on the T-800 Endoskeleton figurine head to support@gambody.com.
