"When you're skating be sure that you're using left and right leg equally for pushing to avoid muscle imbalances" :)) Are you considering yourself as "pulling" (knee up) or "pushing" sprinter (striking leg down to the ground)? Some time ago I watched Allan Wells documentary or in other interview of him after, where he said interesting thing that in his opininon elastic strength is most important in sprinting and that if he rewound time back he would have probably spent less time for strength training in gym.
I have my own experience at youth level, when my main favorite trainings were mostly different plyos with and without added resistance on flat and hill surface (in local park in my city) and accelerated in-outs that gave me also relaxed feel (about 20m down from hill with little angle - overspeed and with the transition to running on a flat (horizontal) surface also about 20m to maintain that overspeed being relaxed as possible (place was just perfect for that training and I liked a lot running down the hill). I did plyos consistently almost every day but not in big volumes, it was variable, but min. was 30 tuck jumps (both legs and single leg) each day except weekend. Went about 2 sec down in 3 years of such trainning (plus I was footballer and did other integrated sprinting work also). from 12.3-12.6 sec to 10.3.-10.6sec without specialised sprint coaching on proper technique, distance tactics and resisted training (only some general training with bodyweight, had no access to the gym actually and too many time for it). But I think if I had some more gym trainings and technique training - it wouldn't have done any harm to me or even gave some more benefits.
Wish you and your teammates all the best.

crazy intensity and volume. Hitting a PB in the 30 fly after all those runs...
Is this a normal volume/intensity for elite sprinters? (100-200)
