    Thanks for watching!
    Shout-out to my first World Champion level member; Borsi Botond.
    In case you feel like supporting this channel a little bit extra I just launched channel memberships;
    ua-cam.com/channels/WoBbgNqAVVke2Ny9pqAeuQ.htmljoin
    It's a monthly membership of three levels, and as a thanks for your support I'll try to give you some things in return.
    The three levels and their perks:
    National Champion:
    Loyalty badges next to your name in comments and live chat
    Custom emoji to use in comments and live chat
    Members Community Tab Posts
    Access to my Members only Discord server
    World Champion:
    The above, and
    Shout-outs in vlogs (*in comments before june)
    Unreleased footage (Early Rough cuts, race footage, random stuff)
    Olympic Champion:
    The above, and
    Bigger Shout-outs in videos (*in comments before june)
    Big thanks from me!
    I will also sometimes post videos a little bit early for members!
    I do answer messages on Instagram from time to time, but I do not use the app that often, and I don't have time to answer everyone there.
    I will still answer comments on UA-cam, but if you guys are interested I think the Members Discord can be a nice place to share experience, have conversations like Q&A's, and discuss training. I can also have more regular status updates for you guys.
    If you don't feel like becoming a member, no problem!
    I will still post videos just like before, and I appreciate you just watching!

    So you train in the autumn? I usually only do pranks in the autumn. This year I taped my grandmother to our flagpole in the garden.

    Do you float in the 200 or do u go all out 100%. I heated some elites float at around 60-120

    • @hovejoha
      @hovejoha  3 роки тому +4

      I would advise to try floating from around 40m to 120m. Floating is not decreasing speed, but not pushing too hard, you need to try it many times to get it right.
      Personally I will try to accelerate a little bit while exiting the bend.

    at 12:40 does the wider foot placement on the drive phase assist in power production? have you tested foot placement underneath your center of mass? I'm curious because many athletes vary and their results are perfect for them.

    • @hovejoha
      @hovejoha  3 роки тому

      Do you mean wide in the medial or lateral plane?
      I have varied my block placement a lot through the years, even changed my front foot a couple of times. I feel like my placement fits me very well at the moment. It makes me project more horizontally than what I've managed with other placements.

    • @chrishollomanphoto
      @chrishollomanphoto 3 роки тому

      @@hovejoha Yes, more the lateral plain... I know some sprinters prefer a very linear foot path that lands directly under their hip. Glad to see that you're finding your strongest elements and that they're working for you... That 20 second 200 is coming very soon :D
