Almost first, so close... So you train in the autumn? I usually only do pranks in the autumn. This year I taped my grandmother to our flagpole in the garden.
Not everybody posting training videos, channels like PLC and other youtube channels posting only garbage. They trade training videos like this. I really want to appreciate and thank you👏👏👏👏👏👏 you should be in Tokyo 21
After the jerk, why do you catch such heavy weights on you shoulders? Does your gym have slam pads so you can just drop it? There is a risk of injury doing that....very impressive plyo
It would be great if you could do a video about some of the unique/sprinter specific exercises that you do, bc just seeing all of this makes me feel like I could be doing a lot more different things 😂.
I would advise to try floating from around 40m to 120m. Floating is not decreasing speed, but not pushing too hard, you need to try it many times to get it right. Personally I will try to accelerate a little bit while exiting the bend.
Definitely gives me a good idea but what amount of running do you typically do in a day. Is most of it under 100m or any 150-400m reps? Anything over 400m or jogging? And what is rest usually
I watch the guy, good, works, what a pity the length of the levers is not enough, the signal in the myofibrils goes fast, but..... in any case, success.
at 12:40 does the wider foot placement on the drive phase assist in power production? have you tested foot placement underneath your center of mass? I'm curious because many athletes vary and their results are perfect for them.
Do you mean wide in the medial or lateral plane? I have varied my block placement a lot through the years, even changed my front foot a couple of times. I feel like my placement fits me very well at the moment. It makes me project more horizontally than what I've managed with other placements.
@@hovejoha Yes, more the lateral plain... I know some sprinters prefer a very linear foot path that lands directly under their hip. Glad to see that you're finding your strongest elements and that they're working for you... That 20 second 200 is coming very soon :D
@@hovejoha yes, I was wondering how a volleyball player your training, and whether there should be a running technique (especially during acceleration) like a speed skater
Awesome videos and great progress! I wish you to reach your goal! And probably you can reach it faster if you switch from full squats to quarter squats. Consider reading this paper: "Joint-Angle Specific Strength Adaptations Influence Improvements in Power in Highly Trained Athletes". Good luck! P. Amazing man....what a work.
25 kg gains on squat ...fuck
What shoes do you wear when running indoors?
lesgoooooo
When u wear the spikes indoor what spikes do you use if any at all
It's a multi use floor where we can use some kind of flat-ended spikes.
What are your times in the timing gates?
what app did you use while doing squads?
Hi Mathias,i like your great videos, and have a nice day :)
Maybe too long material, but it's really good.
Do you float in the 200 or do u go all out 100%. I heated some elites float at around 60-120

What is that power measure application ?

So do you normally train strength in the morning and plyo/speed/acceleration in the evening?
I watch the guy, good, works, what a pity the length of the levers is not enough, the signal in the myofibrils goes fast, but..... in any case, success.
sprinting is in the hips inside, levers is more for jumping
