Hi Barrett, Have you done a video on the difference between the brew profiles of the different burrs for this grinder? I have one that is being shipped now with the included burr set, but am interested in a deep dive of the available burrs and how the espresso tastes from them. Thanks for all the great content!
If a part of the top burr is misaligned and is angled down, won't it clear all the marker off the bottom burr but that tells you little / nothing about the borrom burrs alignment?
The low point on one of the burrs would wipe all of the other burr showing that one is aligned and one is not. As you further adjust, both will wipe evenly.

Question: Why do you coat both burrs? Wouldn't you only see a misalignment on the non-rotating burr?

Idk if there is much truth to this but I heard its best to mark an ear and make sure it goes into the same slot just an fyi
Yes, we mention that in many videos. The top ear is usually pre marked with black marker.
