Is it normal to grind 20g in 35 seconds using SSP Multipurpose with the DF64 Gen 2? Or is it just because I've just got it recently so I need to season the burrs and wait it a little longer so it can grind faster? Or might be something else? I've seen very fast grinding from other users. Way waay faster than 35 seconds.
Will you be selling replacement stickers so I can have my zero pointer facing towards me again? I upgraded the burrs to SSP Multipurpose, they are incredible but having the 0 pointer on the side like in this video is annoying.
Hi. I bought this grinder 14 days ago in a “in stock - shipping within 3 days” option and there is no shipping info and no one answers my emails. Can you help me?
Recently got the new DF64V grinder. Was awesome! Been using about 2 weeks nw. Previous i was using size 10 to make my expressso but after i open everything up and clean (did not remove the burr) they setting kinda change. Now im using size 17 for expresso. Is that normal? I did try to adjust back the zero point according to ur video. But still in using size 17 instead of 10. Is that normal?
Hey there! A size 17 for espresso is still fine. Coarser settings for the grinder would be 30 and above and these are usually set for brews. I'd say you're still in the safe range. I also see that you are using a 64V instead of the Gen 2 as stated in the video. The zeroing is slightly different. You might want to check out the DF64V burr swap and zero point reset video on our channel. Further questions: Are you still able to grind at 10? Do you hear any noise coming when you set it at 10? Do send us a video of the grinder with you using the grinder setting at 10 to tech@df64coffee.com so that we can analyse it and further assist you from there :)
Same question. I don't actually have the SSP burrs yet, but have just unboxed my first one. I've found the zero point, but it's way over around 5 o'clock on the dial. Any way to get that zero into the front, center?
Just wanted to say thanks for publishing content like this for DF64 owners. My unit was perfectly calibrated on arrival 👍🏼
Thanks. I needed this video as I just received your DF64 gen ii !🎉
It's a good idea to turn the grinder collar counterclockwise until it feels right, then start turning it clockwise.
Thank you

that seems like a long time, just got mine last week and it grinds in about 10-12 seconds 18grams
@@Noblesteed17 thanks for the reply. if I use 18g it's about 30 seconds as well. I'm going to post the video and try to get support.

Nada. Tenho faz pouco tempo. Ainda estou me acostumando a ele. Aliás, estou editando um unboxing da Flair, rs.
Got the wrong unit (UK 250V instead of EU 220V). How can I make sure the burrs are the same as the ones I ordered?
Hey there! We're sorry to here that! Email in to us at hello@df64coffee.com so that we can assist you with this.

Im able to grind at 10 but sound a bit off. But im sure its ok. Probably u can do a video on teaching ua how to readjust to zero point for df64v
Is there a way to get the zero aligned over the chute again with ssp’s installed?
