I struggle with positive cards in challenge positions in a spread. Eg. The Sun or 6 of Wands, being in positions of challenge or "what to overcome". And even more complex when it's in reverse in the challenge position. Maybe it's an overcoming of a childlike view on life. Or, don't count your eggs before they hatch. Or, maybe it's ego. Same with negative cards, in reversed, in challenge positions. Eg. The Devil, reversed, in the "what to overcome" position. The Devil in reversed feels like you are overcoming that challenge. I guess what I'm getting at double negatives or positives in negative positions. And visa versa. Hope that makes sense.
John, thank you for sharing your wisdom so generously. I’ve learned a great deal from your videos over the years. I’m in awe of your idea on the Hanged Man’s position as the position of birth. It occurred to me also that in healthy pregnancies, the fetus is upside down in the last weeks before birth. I read that 97% go into a head-down position on their own between 20 and 39 weeks, remaining suspended in this position until they’re ready for birth.
Interesting step by step thought process……have never seen this particular concept expressed before. By the way, I am a childlike Aries…..lol. Hard to say what I struggle with, as it would very much depend on who I am reading for……sometimes the cards just flow and sometimes they can cause confusion. I would really appreciate hearing of specific case histories if that is possible.
Hi John, Thanks for your videos. They have been a good teaching guide. I came across your videos by wanting to learn what Tarot reading was and trying to find out whether it was a legitimate practice or just nonsense. I had begun reading the "Law of One" channelings and in that they used the Major Arcana of the Tarot to describe aspects of the archetypical mind (how our conscious/unconscious aspects of our mind, body and spirit communicates with each other). Anyway just had a breakthrough in the last couple of months of using the Tarot for some self guidance primarily due to your lessons in how to interpret the reading of the cards. At the moment I always seem to be getting pretty clear messages to my answers and the same card will just come up again and again in the same sitting./working. Way more than it should be by just chance alone. Sitting here now I am pretty convinced that the Tarot is a legitimate tool as I have had the experience of seeing it work effectively. Whether or not I will always be getting such insightful results from the Tarot cards I do not know but you have at least made me a believer in there use. Many thanks, Daniel
Hi John. I love your teachings. So much love and gratitude to you. I did a 9 card spread. Moving from the past card (the Empress), I got a string of Aces reversed, followed by uprights (Ace swords reversed, Ace pentacles upright, Ace cups reversed, and in the present position, Ace wands upright). I really struggled to find a coherent narrative other than a very general comment on trouble with launching things. There seems to be some significance in going through the whole suit.🙏

I would love to learn all key phrases for the zodiac and their connection to Tarot major arcana. Thank you for the video!
@@Stefan.Neuhauser thank you!!! I didn't watch the last few lessons fully. Thank you so much ^^
My struggle would be: who’s who in a tarot spread and who is doing what to whom?

Hey John! Thanks as always…. What about looking at spreads you did for people in the past and comment on how things developed after the reading?

Can I use this in Lesson 126?
