Cicaplast is my holy grail! I'm a physician as well doing a lot of minor surgery and I give sample to my patient to heal their scars. I also had great results with it for acne scarring!
It kills me how so many dermatologists contradict each other on UA-cam 🥴 I just came from a Dr Dray vid where she called dehydrated skin a myth and it’s just dry skin. No idea who to trust anymore
I had both dehydrated and dry skin at different stages of my life and I can tell you dehydrated skin is not a myth and should be treated differently. eg; oily moisturiser would not work on as it would just make your skin more oily and would just sit on top of it. My skin would still feel very tight under the moisturiser.
I just saw your HA video, and can't find ANYTHING without HA. So I came to look through your old videos and voila! Just ordered the Aveeno Calm and restore. I use body lotions with oatmeal, silly of me not to think of it for my face.

La Roche Posay is a European brand, you can buy it in every European country. (pretty sure it's the same with Aveeno, if you can't find it you can get it on iHerb). @@alx25 I’m a little late to the party here, but female and male skin is a bit different. Men have thicker skin than women because of testosterone. Men also have more texture in their skin and they tend to produce more oils. And men have more collagen, which is part of the reason why most men will naturally lose skin elasticity later and get wrinkles slower compared to most women (another reason that men age slower is that men lose testosterone slower than women lose estrogen). But even though men are biologically more lucky with their skin aging, lifestyle and genes obviously makes a huge difference. In regards to shaving, more men than women shave their face, which exfoliates the skin and increases skin cell turnover. It often irritates the skin of course, in which case a soothing moisturizer is ideal. But like the other commenter said, “female” and “male” skincare products are mostly marketing. I recommend you look up Eucerin’s article “Understanding skin - How does male and female skin differ?” if you’re curious to read more.

Shereen, will it work If use 5% pantenol from pharmacy instead of expensive creams which use pantenol?
Can these be used over glycerine or any humectant? Is the CeraVe healing ointment or Inkey list peptide any good?

This is an example of videos/topics that you can go back to and watch over and over again. I mean there’s winter every year so these tips are just as accurate when I watch it in February 2022 as it was a year ago. That’s great!
✌️😽💗

Love the fact that you are talking about products that we can get at our drugstore or online. Teaching us all about skincare during this pandemic!! Bless you!! Any chance you could do a video on Beauty Bio? Their tools and products! Thanks for keeping our skin beautiful! 😷
I stock up every winter with the LaRoche Posay Cicaplast Baume - in fact when I go skiing, I take a tube in my jacket! It is the BEST when my skin is irritated or angry or over-retinoied. Love Love Love! Also loving the Aveeno Serum! Thank you for your videos - your skin is gorgeous!

How about a skincare routine for those of us who live in humid, equatorial climates with OILY/COMBO skin hehe?
Maybe you had trouble pronouncing ingredients today, but you clearly speak multiple languages (that French accent!). How many/which languages do you speak? :)
