Back view is easier to follow. I suggest you to use another small window for front view.
This is great as it burns most calories.
I love the back view version, much easier to follow the steps. Amenda looks too far and small in the video, if Amenda was closer to the camera that would help to see the steps better.

I just tried this for the first time. I found the backside view much better than the front view. I did find the moves difficult to follow because it was so fast
