I LOVE Kevista Coffee! I live in Bend and we love to go there. We love their values as well. So glad they are in Eagle now too.
The corner hustle is the local bar right across the street from my house…I wish they had showed the 62 and over housing….everybody here is from California! LOL!!!!
I live right by this Home Depot and winco and if the show you the eagle tennis club I live across the street when the big dirt lot is where the new chik fil-a will be.

Wow, what a beautiful area. I've been looking online on Realtor for Eagle, Star and Meridian at homes for sale (lookie-looing) for about five years (dreaming). Can you do a video on the 55+ communities? That's probably where I'd end up if I was to make the move.

No because they have flood control at the bottom of the mountain.
We are visiting family in Caldwell this summer, and I want to check out Eagle. If we ever consider moving, this seems like a nice place to be. Should we check out anywhere else? We need good schools and stuff for kids.
Super! Star & Meridian are great places to look as well. Very good schools. Star is growing & adding tons of great stuff. Still has that small town feel as well.

I think Boise is in real trouble with its Ultra left progressive leadership.
Boise slowly starting to look like Portland OR.

Eagle is beautiful.
Spent a few weeks in the Boise Area.
Greg’s videos are always terrific 😊 Eagle must be very careful to avoid the mistakes made in other Treasure Valley towns. Progressives are working overtime to expand Boise, Portland, Seattle, etc.
Eagle residents should stay vigilant to preserve the good things they have. Be engaged in the community, watch the decisions made in City Hall, study the issues carefully in person (not just on social media).
Boise definitely needs to be careful, but if you dig down deep, it's still not anywhere near Portland. The laws are still quite to the right. @@weeknders

I will tell you 2 experiences I had in Boise.
Ann Morrison park. Junkies smoking meth drinking being general nuisance.
I had an a brief argument with them.
Park maintenance guy came over to me. Said leave them alone they are protected.
I said protected?
He shook his head said don't get me started.
He said they are allowed to do whatever they want.
2nd was the pride event at State capital lawn area downtown.
Many many underage children like 6 or 7 yrs old. Being ushered into BARS where men dressed as women did awful sexual acts in front of littel children. When I said something. I was immediately confronted by Boise PD who told me to get the fck out of downtown, NOW.
I tried to explain little kids in an establishment that serves alcohol is illegal.
Cops threatened to arrest me if I didn't leave immediately.
Boise is NOT RIGHT AT ALL.
IT IS BRUTALLY TURNING HARDCORE LIBERAL.
THE QUOTES ALL THROUGHOUT THE ANN FRANK PARK AREA.
PURE COMMUNISM.
