Hey! in regards to the location of Legacy to those things. no, we don't feel that it is too far. i would say the only thing we didn't love is that it was 15 mins to a freeway, but soon, highway 16 will connect and it will be a lot faster!

What are the 2023 HOA dues?
They increased from 2022 but keep in mind that there are some people who pay around 1700 a year and some who pay around 2200 a year
But you didn’t answer the question lol
The dues in 2024 are minimum $2180 a year. Multiple special assessments over the years as well. Time to update the info in the video.

It already is handled by a private company hired by the HoA. So it will be just as beautiful!!
All those houses in those subdivisions are to close to each other; they would look more appealing if each house was built on one acre of land!
