Thank you and cool, it's a nice boat considering the age, is yours the B.2 or Burn 2 (there is a slight difference by all accounts, I prefer my Burn 2 to the Burn 3, as I kept on getting my foot stuck behind the pillar during some wet exits, also the cockpit is narrower at the front on the Burn 3 which makes it a little more awkward to exit, but then it does have a flatter cockpit which make sit easier to fit the spray deck so swings and roundabouts lol. Have you done the Legacy assessment at LV? If so, I am down there for 2 hours starting at 9:30 this Saturday (29th June) :)
Hi, not quite sure if you mean altogether or just in the video, if just in the video, that was it, 2 tries, 2 rolls, if altogether, then over the summer last year i tried on my own over 3 sessions (on the river) and rolled once i think out of about 20 tries, that was in my Ethos 9. Then i went to the pool over the winter using an old Waka Tutea (i think) and tried during 2 sessions, rolled twice out of 2 tries on one session and failed 2 tries on the other session. All in all, I havent really tried that many times, most of my learning was on youtube watching River Kings lol. I did try again last Saturday at LV at the end of the session, I did 1 try and failed. Each time I got to LV now I will practice the roll, hope that wasnt too confusing lol :)
Great video.
I have just got myself a burn 2.
So might see you around as I’m in the reading area not to far to Lee valley.

hello just a little advice when you roll try to come out of the water forward because in white water you risk turning around
Thanks for the tip :)
How long did it take you to roll in that video to get at that point
