      Oh yay! That makes us so happy to hear! Check out Groupon first to see if there's still an Escape Camper Van Rentals promo available. Even if not, they are still VERY reasonable and all over the US! Let us know how your travels go and if you end up booking them!

    Want to copy this trip! Thank you for making this video. Where did you shower and go to the bathroom?

      Hey! Great questions! So the campgrounds and RV parks had bathrooms and showers AND we have planet fitness memberships so we also used that to take showers. We love PF showers!

    What jobs do you have that y'all are able to travel like this? lol I always watch on Sunday because I can't wait for Monday morning with the kids . I am legit hooked!!!

      Hannah Gray haha we just answered that to 2AZSUN too! We honestly hardly have to take too much time off work because we plan according to their off schedule schedules and take off a few days here and there for trips throughout the year! Sometimes Scott’s job is working with local and international non-profits and sends us to trips like the FL Conference vlogs sometimes & the school I teach at is modified year-round so we’re on for 7 weeks and off for 2. So for the CO trip we only had to take off one day over a long weekend. We try to make the most of those weekends.

    Looked like the weather was pretty good while u were there? I guess they don't want backpacks in the mint so u don't bring any samples out with u. Looking forward to eposide two next week, or maybe a 'bonus' installment this week (sorry Scott but u gave me a hint).
    Happy Birthday Scott 🎈

    So it's not the dime part I wanna know. It's the time part. How do you kids have so much time to do all the traveling? Ashley only gets so much time off from school, so how does this fit into that schedule??? It looks like all you have is time off, and I know that's not true. Oh and Scott......Happy early Birthday!! 30, wow! Who woulda guessed that???

    • @TheHiveDrive
      @TheHiveDrive  4 роки тому +1

      2AZSUN It might look like that, but we work full time, all throughout the year. We plan travels around days the school or office are closed, use vacay days, and for Ash’s schedule as a teacher...she teaches at a modified year round school. So they’re on for 7 weeks and off for 2 weeks!! This trip we did over a long weekend, so we only needed 1 vacation day. 👏🏼 & thanks so much! Crazy to think 30 is here!

      @@TheHiveDrive the year round school schedule makes way more sense. I didn't realize that schedule was done out east. That's the way to teach!! Yay Ash!!

    • @TheHiveDrive
      @TheHiveDrive  4 роки тому +1

      😂😂 I hear you. I was raised to treat everyone with kindness and the benefit of the doubt (talking to strangers being an example of giving everyone a chance), but at the same time was raised to be street smart and know self-defense growing up as an army brat! Haha so I hear you! The hot springs was Strawberry Hot Springs and I want to say it was around $15 per person. Sooo worth it! Definitely recommend 👏🏼
