one of our greatest fears is that we are not unlimited. we can feel like if we feel completely this exp that we will perish. but. when we do. we realize it gifts us, we realize we can feel that deeply we can love the completely. and come out the other side. stronger expanded. gift received. there really is no limit to us.

How can you forgive and move on from something that still happens every day? Able-bodied people are so heartless and cruel. It costs zero dollars to not gaslight people with rare disorders you know nothing about. If I had a nickel for every time someone who has a degree in fucking literature or something, someone who has NEVER BEEN TO MED SCHOOL, told me I was "wrong" about my health conditions, that I was diagnosed with by a professional, then I could buy a mansion in the middle of nowhere...and that's what it would take to find some peace. It's endless. It just keeps fucking happening. I haven't met anyone I didn't hate in six years (except a few therapists) because it's all the same. Each holiday season I tell myself I will work hard to not be alone next year, but each year, I am still alone, because the more people I meet, the more I hate humanity, especially able-bodied people

How can I forgive and move on from something that still happens every single day? We get heartbreakrs because we get attached to people. We need to be only attached to the one who Created us and connected to everything that He created.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been listening to this for the past two months, and I am blown away by how much it has helped me. This music has melted away every stress. This IS a very deep and strong Heart chakra meditation. I have been listening for about an hour and my heart feels very moved. I feel a painful loving, for no one in particular, yet all of you, in particular. You, in particular. Love for the fact of this gift of Existence Itself. Wow. Very powerful.
My heart has been shattered yet again. I give all the love I have to give and when it's over I have nothing left to pick myself up again. I close my world in and can't find my way out of this darkness. so cold, so black, so scared, so lost, so alone. no one understand, no one to talk to because this happens so often in my life that I just burden them with my sadness. Since dancing is a form of channeling for me, I am currently dancing with my eyes closed in the comfort of my home . It is so peaceful. With every twist , turn and bow I acknowledge my pain and sorrows while simultaneously telling them all good bye. It is time for healing and growth. This is a huge spiritual growth for me that is currently going on in my life and as scared as I am I am so ready for it.i have lots of healing to do with my heart chakra and after this I will no longer hand over my power to anyone else so they can use and abuse . Maybe you have been struggling with your faith because you have been conditioned to believe that "God" is out here, which results in you giving away your power. The truth is, God is inside of you, we all have the power of God inside of us but have been trained to think God is outside of us. I think your subconscious knows this and has a hard time allowing you to just freely give away or power to what is not true. The power is inside you and has always been there.
A dragon drank the sun from the sky today. All the flames, gone. I've always loved the moonlight anyway, but with no sun, even my night have gone bland. Just when I thought all hope was lost, the dragon sat at the edge of the world, and spat up a new sun for me. My nights are splendid once more.
Before I started listening this I had a knot in my chest from all the sorrow. I carried it with me for a long time. Yesterday, After about 20 minutes listening, I burst into tears weeping. Suddenly I stopped crying and a calmness took over my body. It’s like I was purging all of the hurt and finally accepted the things I could not change, with love. This was truly a blessing . I just cried in the bath while listening to this. I had to let go of my best friends with love because I started to realize I was giving more love than I am reciprocated and I love them so much but it was starting to drain me. My heart chakra felt out of balance and blocked in a way but now I feel lighter and more aware of how my heart is.
I'm in pain. People around me have dragged me through the dirt. When I once looked at them as friends they are now people I despise. It pains me deeply. I'm afraid of their thoughts towards me. I feel their hatred. I just want to feel love again. I want to feel loved and safe and welcomed. I no longer want to keep my pain encased in my heart.
Sydney J i hope you have found the love you were seeking here, I am discovering many deep ways of loving, all around me, even if it is not near to me, I can still feel the same heart beating, but many are full of hate, we can feel it, but we become so afraid, so caged up in our selfs. What if you didnt need to know anything you didnt need any type of permission. you just, gave now, acted now. infinite complete whole love. what do you imagine would be in your experience, what do you imagine would be your experience of yourself and your brothers? what would you life be if you valued your experience and acted accordinly and allowed yourself to be ever informed by infinetly expanding changing expression and experience of conditionless love. or . love. as there is no such thing as conditional love. it is merely conditionless loving of a condition.

I do believe in meditation and it really relieve my stress most of the times. I also tried it before with my depression from heartbreaks, I don't say I was completely healed but it made my heavy feelings become easy. Focus on yourself and don't let other destruct and you'll eventually get to where you're going.
Sometimes I wake up, I feel my heart chakra closed and sense my energy becoming hostile. I can hardly talk without aggression or cruelness, to protect myself from being the one hurt/bullied. Its so stupid I know, but I can't control it so thats why I'm here trying to mend my heart. I don't want to hurt others anymore, and I don't want to be so apart either. I can forgive can't I? It doesn't even feel like I'm in control of my own emotions anymore.

After months of working up through various chakras and their respective blockages - safety, guilt, shame, etc I was stuck still stuck in limerence. Today my heart finally got broken (open), and I’m in such gratitude that while listening to this powerful meditation I can feel the heartbreak so that I can move through the grief and heel it for good. It's so amazing how life seems to be so intelligent at every level of life and how all things seem to be working for our mother earth. I keep having experiences of warm warming appreciation often followed by a bittersweet feeling of sadness. I feel a lot of these perfect moments seem to come from one perspective. How can you forgive and move on from something that still happens every day? Able-bodied people are so heartless and cruel. It costs zero dollars to not gaslight people with rare disorders you know nothing about. If I had a nickel for every time someone who has a degree in fucking literature or something, someone who has NEVER BEEN TO MED SCHOOL, told me I was "wrong" about my health conditions, that I was diagnosed with by a professional, then I could buy a mansion in the middle of nowhere...and that's what it would take to find some peace. It's endless. It just keeps fucking happening. I haven't met anyone I didn't hate in six years (except a few therapists) because it's all the same. Each holiday season I tell myself I will work hard to not be alone next year, but each year, I am still alone, because the more people I meet, the more I hate humanity, especially able-bodied people

My heart has been shattered yet again. I give all the love I have to give and when it's over I have nothing left to pick myself up again. I close my world in and can't find my way out of this darkness. so cold, so black, so scared, so lost, so alone. no one understand, no one to talk to because this happens so often in my life that I just burden them with my sadness. I listen to this and it feels like someone is holding my hand.
The most important person you need to love, after God, is yourself. "Love others AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF." If you honored and cared for, and LOVED yourself, your heart wouldn't be broken so frequently. You need a very close friend. A confident friend would not let your anguish affect him/herself personally, but would understand your situation. I've done that with several worried and/or depressed friends and I don't pull back.

I listened to this and i started crying, saying i was sorry. I kept repeating that i wanted to go home, like a kid. After that i actually called out to god, when i have been struggling with my faith for years now.

Maybe you have been struggling with your faith because you have been conditioned to believe that "God" is out here, which results in you giving away your power. The truth is, God is inside of you, we all have the power of God inside of us but have been trained to think God is outside of us. I think your subconscious knows this and has a hard time allowing you to just freely give away or power to what is not true. The power is inside you and has always been there.

Before I started listening this I had a knot in my chest from all the sorrow. I carried it with me for a long time. Yesterday, After about 20 minutes listening, I burst into tears weeping. Suddenly I stopped crying and a calmness took over my body. It’s like I was purging all of the hurt and finally accepted the things I could not change, with love. This was truly a blessing . I’m still on my journey of healing but this was a big help. Thank you

I just cried in the bath while listening to this. I had to let go of my best friends with love because I started to realize I was giving more love than I am reciprocated and I love them so much but it was starting to drain me. My heart chakra felt out of balance and blocked in a way but now I feel lighter and more aware of how my heart is.
I've had a fabulous life, now 70, my share of pain, more joy than I deserve, some days left, each one a gift, still seeking.
I'm in pain. People around me have dragged me through the dirt. When I once looked at them as friends they are now people I despise. It pains me deeply. I'm afraid of their thoughts towards me. I feel their hatred. I just want to feel love again. I want to feel loved and safe and welcomed. I no longer want to keep my pain encased in my heart.

What if you didnt need to know anything you didnt need any type of permission. you just, gave now, acted now. infinite complete whole love. what do you imagine would be in your experience, what do you imagine would be your experience of yourself and your brothers? what would you life be if you valued your experience and acted accordinly and allowed yourself to be ever informed by infinetly expanding changing expression and experience of conditionless love. or . love. as there is no such thing as conditional love. it is merely conditionless loving of a condition.

I do believe in meditation and it really relieve my stress most of the times. I also tried it before with my depression from heartbreaks, I don't say I was completely healed but it made my heavy feelings become easy. Focus on yourself and don't let other destruct and you'll eventually get to where you're going.
Sometimes I wake up, I feel my heart chakra closed and sense my energy becoming hostile. I can hardly talk without aggression or cruelness, to protect myself from being the one hurt/bullied. Its so stupid I know, but I can't control it so thats why I'm here trying to mend my heart. I don't want to hurt others anymore, and I don't want to be so apart either. I can forgive can't I? It doesn't even feel like I'm in control of my own emotions anymore.

for the first time, i loved someone. i loved someone very much. i thought he was the one, i KNEW he was the one. we promised we wouldn't leave each other but yet he left me. all the crying and pain i'm going through is unbearable. i want and need him back so bad but, he is no longer mine. i hope he will find someone who can do what i couldn't do and make him truly happy. i will go on my path now as for i have finally accepted that we are no longer one with each other. it was so hard to come this far but i am proud of myself. meditating after break ups really help, bless all of you. may you and your heart be healed to perfection.

Listening for first time as I did my daily stuff around the house - noticed when I cut into a garlic clove, as the wonderful aroma enveloped me, my body quivered, as if it was saying thank you I have been wanting this. Felt my essence and the essence of the garlic merged somehow. Will listen more for heart opening possibilities.

Yes, but that’s a good thing. The heavy painful shit that is coming up is surfacing to be released. So cry it out and set it free! It may be uncomfortable or painful to do so, but you will feel so much lighter and happier after you do

After months of working up through various chakras and their respective blockages - safety, guilt, shame, etc I was stuck still stuck in limerence. my heart chakra has been so locked up tight for so long that I felt my entire chest tighten when I listened to this but I know that for growth to happen, I need to open myself up spiritually and emotionally. I will continue to work with this frequency until I gain the strength to be vulnerable and allow myself to unlock everything holding me back. the journey is the key, and the destination is the reward.
