but it's incredibly hard. The more intelligent you are, the more you see the possible consequences of you opening up, since there are people who- after they had opened up - experienced very, very sad realizations such as that most people didn't want them in a group and no attractive lady wanted them and most bosses threw them out. As long as most people define themselves by material worth alone, other people opening up will either cause admiration or emotional annihilation when meeting those people. And also, attraction is bases not only on our soul related Chakras but also much more ancient-primitice chakras. That's why opening up does have only limited power. It certainly can give us more character power than any other behavior but it isn't the magic pill.

Remember, it's a process! You are exactly where you need to be at this moment. Later on you will look back at all the hardships and be grateful for them, because you will know that you have grown so much from it all. Purge out negative thoughts, people, limiting beliefs about yourself and the world, and other things and circumstances that does not resonate with you anymore. Allow yourself to feel the negative emotions too and examine why they are there, maybe do some childhood regression or something to identify the root cause. Shed light on the darkness, but don't hang around in that vibe for too long. Cry it out, write it out or whatever you need to do to get it out, and then rise up again every time. Remember: you are NOT your thoughts and you are NOT your emotions. It's just energy flowing through you. Let it flow, clear it out and then raise your vibration. Ground yourself, meditate, do some yoga, spend time in nature, do things you love to do, use positive affirmations, stay balanced and practice self-love! Be kind to yourself and put your own well-being first at this time, stay away from negative news and the drama of the world, anything that drags you down, and focus on YOU. You will get through this =) You are strong and you are loved

One sunday I listened to this while on a walk and later came home where I meditated, prayed, and cried over this heart chakra. I really felt a release of emotion and that my heart was being physically unblocked. One week later I met an amazing man. I truly feel like this heart chakra led me to him and him to me.

After listening to this an ex who hurt me and I found it difficult to let go of the pain for years contacted me after no communication for a year and a half and out of the blue apologised for the 1st time and offered me more financial help for our kids. I have been using this one for the past month, every single night to fall asleep and I have to say that it tremendously helps with anxiety, heartache, physical pain and depression. It really helps you attract more love into your life and most importantly, love to yourself. Unconditionally. Mouthing affirmations while doing some breathing work is also important to make the best out of this meditation ritual. I don't know, it just really really helps me. But the daily outcome is amazing. I can feel people around me are showing more care and nurturing ways towards me even strangers. The connections I have romantically are expressing more how they feel. And today I met up unexpectedly with one for the first time, which I have never felt for a long time how happy he made me today. He seems to be full of love and passion to give. I know this music is helping me heal my heart from all its burdens. Now the universe is clearly showing me signs that the love I was searching for I feel is coming very soon to me. Thank you universe and keep your hearts open to receive and give love. I completely forgot the music was going but it seems an aura of great compassion and healing has filled my home. I had high blood pressure; now it's normal. I take one magnesium/potassium aspartate tab before I go to sleep. I also do Lee Holden's seven minutes of magic" (qi gong). I do longer sessions of qi gong from his other videos as well. Try it.
Mike.......I suggest you look up Heart Math ,they have done a lot of research on heart rate variability ( heart beat patterns ) reflecting stress patterns, they have a breath exercise called " Coherent Breath ", I use it all the time and just love it....and I feel so relaxed....yet focused...this exercise has been proven to reduce blood pressure.....they have a book out , with lots of case studies......book is called , Heart Intelligence by Doc Childre......heck this falls right in with MetaPhysics
True love is selfless, you can not force anyone to love you, you can not take or get love. You can only be love and give love, if you do that you attract love in all forms. i think that as we heal, we spend more time doing the things that bring us joy and less time waiting for something better. "this too shall pass" just goes to show that even our lives are a spark of forever, that our darkest days dont need to feel so forever. things will get better, then change will come, then something new will come along. we are no longer striving for perfection and to "fix it", only to do more with whatever time we do have, and spend it exploring and with lovely people who make us feel good about ourselves. if you’re reading this, just know that whatever time youve been spending alone, trust that you will come out the other side feeling better about yourself, and therefore have a better discernment with who to spend your time with. it is precious. you are precious. i love you dearly, dont forget to try again.

Well this musta did something bc i went from being annoyed and a little closed off to the idea of attracting love in all forms, to thinking 'I should really get back into dating,' in about an hour.
Thank you for these videos so much. For many years, I found myself in a constant state of depression, anxiety, and just a sense of wanting everything to end. It felt like I was stuck in a never ending loop of suffering. One day, it just got to a point where I decided, enough is enough. I went down the route of self improvement. I made so many mistakes along the way, and fed into many toxic cycles in my very vulnerable state. I was taken advantage of by so many things, addiction, toxic people, advice and activities. I wanted nothing to have to do with bringing my inner demons to the surface and facing them. Then, one faithful day, I started to learn how to meditate. Although I felt like I was making no progress, I still kept on. I got to a point where I was doing all these great habits, getting my life together, and starting to think that I was on the path to what I wanted out of life. Then, my drug addiction took over my life and landed me in a psych ward, twice. After I had experienced this, my world crumbled. I felt like I would be trapped in pain and suffering forever. Even then, I still kept trying. It was slow, but I was persistent. If nothing else stuck, I would always come back to meditation. Something about it just pulled me in. It just felt like something was there. Even though I felt like shit every time I would sit down to meditate. I would fidget, not be able to sit still, but I kept at it. Eventually, I started to feel glimpses of hope, like I wouldn't be stuck like this forever. Still, I thought all of this stuff I was trying to do was a bunch of nonsense. But I still did it anyways. It's like something wanted me to keep going, and wouldn't let me stop. I started to notice, during periods where I was meditating, I'd see all these angel numbers. I'd see them DOZENS of times everyday. It made me feel like I was being guided by something, letting me know that I was on the right path. Even when I wanted to quit, even when I wanted to end it all, something kept pulling me along. I refused to give in to the negative voices in my head. I kept going, even when it all felt pointless. I'd lay around for hours everyday for months. Barely getting up to eat, shower, go outside, or do anything. All I wanted to do was rest and cut myself off from the world. Still, through these times of depression, I always had this voice that told me to keep getting back up, no matter how many times I failed. I'd bet better for a while, and then fall back into it. Yet I persisted, time and time again. I may not have been facing the world all of the time, but I did the best I could. Eventually, things started to look up. I started feeling real positive emotion for the first time in years. That's all I ever wanted. Was to feel happy, and not like the world was going to collapse around me. I started to feel more whole, for the first time in my life, like there was actual importance to my life. Like I wanted to live for the first time in my 19 years of life. After I while I started to ignore the voice that told me everything I was doing was ridiculous and was serving me no purpose. And I'm glad that I followed what seemed so right to me. I've finally started to allow myself to feel all of my emotions, rather than running from them. As I write this, I can't help myself but cry, and to feel the immense sadness that I was always trying to escape from. I'm just happy to feel my emotions like a normal human being, and not to bottle everything up like I've always felt I had to do. All of these different chakra meditation videos have helped me immensely do heal the wounds that I let build up, and destroy my very spirit. Without the help I feel from these videos, and the spiritual path I've went down, I dont know if I'd make it to where I am now. I might have even acted on my suicidal impulses like I was moving towards. I was taking drugs like I didn't care about life anymore, its like I wanted to get so high it would kill me. I started taking high doses of pills that I got from the hospital, I guess hoping maybe everything would end. But luckily, something saved me from it, something in the universe, something in my being that would never give up, no matter how things seemed. A part of me that just wanted to feel the love of those around me, and to stop pushing them away. I can't thank you enough for videos like these, that helped me and so many others work through their struggles, and to finally be at peace with themselves. I can't be more grateful for the healing I've received from these videos. I finally feel alive for the first time in my life, and I'm truly grateful for that. I could not thank you enough for the work that you do for me, and everyone else trying to navigate their way through life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I’ve tried meditating before and opening chakras but somehow today I felt the need to grab my rose quarts and immediately felt like I needed to hear this it’s still loading so rn I’m venting to strangers under the comment section. My relationship with my fiancé has been beyond rocky and I’m trying to work in myself let myself feel free. He pushed me away but still blames me for what is happening and I’m emotionally drained I’m tired and fed up. Whatever I do I always end up hurting myself and I just want us to go back to normal because I love him but I fear things will never be the same. but it's incredibly hard. The more intelligent you are, the more you see the possible consequences of you opening up, since there are people who- after they had opened up - experienced very, very sad realizations such as that most people didn't want them in a group and no attractive lady wanted them and most bosses threw them out.
As long as most people define themselves by material worth alone, other people opening up will either cause admiration or emotional annihilation when meeting those people.
And also, attraction is bases not only on our soul related Chakras but also much more ancient-primitice chakras. That's why opening up does have only limited power. It certainly can give us more character power than any other behavior but it isn't the magic pill.

Remember, it's a process! You are exactly where you need to be at this moment. Later on you will look back at all the hardships and be grateful for them, because you will know that you have grown so much from it all. Purge out negative thoughts, people, limiting beliefs about yourself and the world, and other things and circumstances that does not resonate with you anymore. Allow yourself to feel the negative emotions too and examine why they are there, maybe do some childhood regression or something to identify the root cause. Shed light on the darkness, but don't hang around in that vibe for too long. Cry it out, write it out or whatever you need to do to get it out, and then rise up again every time. Remember: you are NOT your thoughts and you are NOT your emotions. It's just energy flowing through you. Let it flow, clear it out and then raise your vibration. Ground yourself, meditate, do some yoga, spend time in nature, do things you love to do, use positive affirmations, stay balanced and practice self-love! Be kind to yourself and put your own well-being first at this time, stay away from negative news and the drama of the world, anything that drags you down, and focus on YOU. You will get through this =) You are strong and you are loved

One sunday I listened to this while on a walk and later came home where I meditated, prayed, and cried over this heart chakra. I really felt a release of emotion and that my heart was being physically unblocked. One week later I met an amazing man. I truly feel like this heart chakra led me to him and him to me.

I have been using this one for the past month, every single night to fall asleep and I have to say that it tremendously helps with anxiety, heartache, physical pain and depression. Left this on in the background of my house for 4 hours, and slowly but surely found myself inspired toward making great change, doing the hard works necessary to heal old wounds, and to reach out with a sincere message to loved ones I cannot be with on these holidays. I completely forgot the music was going but it seems an aura of great compassion and healing has filled my home. I write this with a heart full of gratitude, and hope this may positively move someone else.
Whoever needs to hear this please make sure you are grounded before listening to this. If you have a blocked heart chakra when listening to this I could bring up some traumas and old emotions that are very intense. This opened my heart Chakra fast! I used this beautiful music to help heal my love of self and to allow in forgiveness, patience and understanding for another. Along with a rose quartz and journaling, I found that my emotions were much more calm. I had high blood pressure; now it's normal. I take one magnesium/potassium aspartate tab before I go to sleep. I also do Lee Holden's seven minutes of magic" (qi gong). I do longer sessions of qi gong from his other videos as well. Try it.

Mike.......I suggest you look up Heart Math ,they have done a lot of research on heart rate variability ( heart beat patterns ) reflecting stress patterns, they have a breath exercise called " Coherent Breath ", I use it all the time and just love it....and I feel so relaxed....yet focused...this exercise has been proven to reduce blood pressure.....they have a book out , with lots of case studies......book is called , Heart Intelligence by Doc Childre......heck this falls right in with MetaPhysics
True love is selfless, you can not force anyone to love you, you can not take or get love. You can only be love and give love, if you do that you attract love in all forms. Maybe you get married to your soulmate, or you just get many friends, even if you are alone, as long as you radiate love and compassion love is with you, the more love you give the more bright the world, smile, listen, heal, dream, experience, without fear shame and hate. i think that as we heal, we spend more time doing the things that bring us joy and less time waiting for something better. "this too shall pass" just goes to show that even our lives are a spark of forever, that our darkest days dont need to feel so forever. things will get better, then change will come, then something new will come along. we are no longer striving for perfection and to "fix it", only to do more with whatever time we do have, and spend it exploring and with lovely people who make us feel good about ourselves. if you’re reading this, just know that whatever time youve been spending alone, trust that you will come out the other side feeling better about yourself, and therefore have a better discernment with who to spend your time with. it is precious. you are precious. i love you dearly, dont forget to try again.

Well this musta did something bc i went from being annoyed and a little closed off to the idea of attracting love in all forms, to thinking 'I should really get back into dating,' in about an hour.
Thank you for these videos so much. For many years, I found myself in a constant state of depression, anxiety, and just a sense of wanting everything to end. It felt like I was stuck in a never ending loop of suffering. One day, it just got to a point where I decided, enough is enough. I went down the route of self improvement. I made so many mistakes along the way, and fed into many toxic cycles in my very vulnerable state. I was taken advantage of by so many things, addiction, toxic people, advice and activities. I wanted nothing to have to do with bringing my inner demons to the surface and facing them. Then, one faithful day, I started to learn how to meditate. Although I felt like I was making no progress, I still kept on. I got to a point where I was doing all these great habits, getting my life together, and starting to think that I was on the path to what I wanted out of life. Then, my drug addiction took over my life and landed me in a psych ward, twice. After I had experienced this, my world crumbled. I felt like I would be trapped in pain and suffering forever. Even then, I still kept trying. It was slow, but I was persistent. If nothing else stuck, I would always come back to meditation. Something about it just pulled me in. It just felt like something was there. Even though I felt like shit every time I would sit down to meditate. I would fidget, not be able to sit still, but I kept at it. Eventually, I started to feel glimpses of hope, like I wouldn't be stuck like this forever. Still, I thought all of this stuff I was trying to do was a bunch of nonsense. But I still did it anyways. It's like something wanted me to keep going, and wouldn't let me stop. I started to notice, during periods where I was meditating, I'd see all these angel numbers. I'd see them DOZENS of times everyday. It made me feel like I was being guided by something, letting me know that I was on the right path. Even when I wanted to quit, even when I wanted to end it all, something kept pulling me along. I refused to give in to the negative voices in my head. I kept going, even when it all felt pointless. I'd lay around for hours everyday for months. Barely getting up to eat, shower, go outside, or do anything. All I wanted to do was rest and cut myself off from the world. Still, through these times of depression, I always had this voice that told me to keep getting back up, no matter how many times I failed. I'd bet better for a while, and then fall back into it. Yet I persisted, time and time again. I may not have been facing the world all of the time, but I did the best I could. Eventually, things started to look up. I started feeling real positive emotion for the first time in years. That's all I ever wanted. Was to feel happy, and not like the world was going to collapse around me. I started to feel more whole, for the first time in my life, like there was actual importance to my life. Like I wanted to live for the first time in my 19 years of life. After I while I started to ignore the voice that told me everything I was doing was ridiculous and was serving me no purpose. And I'm glad that I followed what seemed so right to me. I've finally started to allow myself to feel all of my emotions, rather than running from them. As I write this, I can't help myself but cry, and to feel the immense sadness that I was always trying to escape from. I'm just happy to feel my emotions like a normal human being, and not to bottle everything up like I've always felt I had to do. All of these different chakra meditation videos have helped me immensely do heal the wounds that I let build up, and destroy my very spirit. Without the help I feel from these videos, and the spiritual path I've went down, I dont know if I'd make it to where I am now. I might have even acted on my suicidal impulses like I was moving towards. I was taking drugs like I didn't care about life anymore, its like I wanted to get so high it would kill me. I started taking high doses of pills that I got from the hospital, I guess hoping maybe everything would end. But luckily, something saved me from it, something in the universe, something in my being that would never give up, no matter how things seemed. A part of me that just wanted to feel the love of those around me, and to stop pushing them away. I can't thank you enough for videos like these, that helped me and so many others work through their struggles, and to finally be at peace with themselves. I can't be more grateful for the healing I've received from these videos. I finally feel alive for the first time in my life, and I'm truly grateful for that. I could not thank you enough for the work that you do for me, and everyone else trying to navigate their way through life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

God is able🙌🏾 I listened to this last weekend then a few days later the man I feel God placed into my life to be my husband came over & I felt the relapse of all of the pain from the past leave. He healed my heart a long time ago but I always pushed him away because I was afraid to be vulnerable again. I’ve tried meditating before and opening chakras but somehow today I felt the need to grab my rose quarts and immediately felt like I needed to hear this it’s still loading so rn I’m venting to strangers under the comment section. My relationship with my fiancé has been beyond rocky and I’m trying to work in myself let myself feel free. He pushed me away but still blames me for what is happening and I’m emotionally drained I’m tired and fed up. Whatever I do I always end up hurting myself and I just want us to go back to normal because I love him but I fear things will never be the same. I’ve accepted my mistakes I’ve sat in sorrow and rn all I need is a deep healing. I appreciate all your positivity and positive comments here it’s much needed.
