To the Apple guys hopefully monitoring this.....WHY not just integrate this? WHY do I have to check off the ON MY MAC stuff and ignore it....why not just Cloud synch it so there are not two? You guys do cool stuff, but I really don't get this. I'm a switcher.....love the Apple experience....but seriously, task list,, calendaring and email are the weakest part and guess what a very high percentage of business people spend most of their day in??

Connect your Iphone to your computer, open Itunes, hit the info tab, then sync calender. Select which you would like to sync, then open the Ical on your phone and change the setting if necessary.

I want to be able to view the reminders from iCal on my mac (using lion) on my iPhone (4) and vice versa after using the USB sync (because I can't configure iCloud on my mac for some reason). Is there a way to do this? I'd be extremely grateful if someone could help !

I cant choose iCloud when pressing accounts. It only gives me the options CalDAV,Exchange,MobileMe, Google and Yahoo.
Also I have seen other mac users who have an icloud symbol when pressing the apple and then system preferences, but I dont have that. What can I do?
