Now regarding power oh.. Yes for a strong gamer who consistently game 4-6 hrs every 15-25 days a month The 4060 Ti is gonna give some insane savings over a period of 12 months over 3060 Ti ans 7700XT.
I hope your being sarcastic. On average the uplift in rasterization is around 5-7%. It's even getting beat in multiple games. Too much kool aid if you ask me. The worst part, you can barely get 5% when you OC any 4xxx series card. The 3060 ti on the other hand, easily overclocks to 3070 levels.

Every reviewer out there showed that the 3060 ti memory can be pushed between 600-1000 Mhz (show me a card now that can do this) while also pushing your core between 120-160 Mhz. Check out Hardware unboxed when they go through this. This pushes the card to 3070 levels.
