Mr. Robert, I like it when you make these community posts; it gives me the opportunity to comment on awesome videos that I did not leave comments on. I have watched all your awesome videos and have, truly, thoroughly, enjoyed them all. Thank you, very, much Mr. Robert.
Well my blood pressure just went through the roof watching this. When you said you weren’t going to finish the hike I believed you. I just can’t believe you continued . I think a person had to be equally stupid and brave to do this hike. There’s absolutely no way I could do it and I’ve been to Zions several times. I’m just glad you made it back.
Mama knows Best. (think most of your viewers agree, just too dangerous Robert. Great footage but risk of your life too great.) I was holding my breath watching, your poor mom. All your videos are so enjoyable. The music was very good choice. Bet you slept great.
Watching now, for the first time. The part of the hike where you slipped as you were going to write RV VLOG into the snow....scared me! Beautiful trip, but those hiking trails were too much for me.
This is so badass. Talk about checking one off on the bucket list. Wow Robert. I bet this is still your most dangerous hike ever. I can't believe the park let people even walk that trail during the winter.
I'm impressed Robert, you're not a spring chicken but you have accomplished the most difficult hike in Zion-You're the MAN! I'm glad you made it back safely my brother...GB!
That has to be the video of the year ! If UA-cam do Oscar s you just won it my friend 👏 totally outstanding work my heart was in my mouth the whole way , you are one brave guy , thank you 👏👏👏👏
Watching this 3 yrs after you accomplished this hike and I was on the edge of my seat the entire video!! So glad you made it back safely. Zion NP is still on my bucket list, but I don't think I'll be able to make this hike in ANY season! 😧
Robert, I was sincerely worried about you making that trek to the top of Angels Landing. I'm glad the cable was there you can hang onto (and you lived to make more videos) so you made it, but man that is pretty gutsy what you did. congrats! Wow, great episode!
Wow Robert, in the winter!! Florida was sounding pretty good huh? 😅 Great hikes, we love those view, and you were prepared but that snow and ice was intense! We’ll gladly do what you say and not what you do. Lol Stay warm - Michelle & Brian
I have to tell you Robert this particular video was too frighting! I was afraid for your safety the entire time. All your fans want you to stay around for a long time! Please don't give your mom a heart attack!❤
I camped a night in Zion June of this year 2021.We were pulling a mini camper. We had to get the special permit when we're leaving for Bryce. It was a magical place other than the million people that were there lol Great video as usual Robert. You were in the top five of my first subscribed travel vloggers and I still think you have to be one of the best in the business. If you ever come near Aiken,S.C I would love to buy ya'll
My God, Robert, just when I think you can't outdo yourself, you manage to. Incredible not only for the stupendous views, but also for your courage to get out of your comfort zone. Truly inspiring. Nobody writes about cowards, indeed.
Robert, I declare you officially crazy! You wife and mom will never let you go anywhere alone again. : ) Seriously, congrats for making the climb. So glad you were able to do it and share it with us. We loved visiting Zion NP, but sadly, due to health problems and old age, were unable to make any climbs. Still, the drive and easy walks were amazing! Love the video!
Ummm, yeah, no I’m not hiking that! I’ll be sitting around the fire, holding down the fort😂 Thank you, Robert, for bravely hiking that beast AND taping it for all of us chickens to experience!
we may never go on that horrifying trail at least we got to see it from our living room you are our hero Robert god bless u keep u safe you are a courageous man I tip my hat to u buddy 🏆🏆🏆

This grandma just watched this fabulous video. Discovered your videos a day ago and cannot stop watching them. This one was amazing. I went to Zion three years ago with seniors. One of the most beautiful national parks in the west.
I commend you Robert. I couldn't have done it! What and an adventure. It is beautiful, but scary. You should be very proud of ourselves. The scenery is magnificent. Thank you and Kudos to you and your courage. You are definitely committed to your Channel and your fans. Thank you, a job well done. Bless you my friend. 👍👍👍🙏😊❤
Zion is my absolutely favorite park. Seeing it in winter is even more awesome. But I had anxiety attacks watching the climb. Your comments were hilarious. Thank you!!!
Hello Robert, my husband and I, watched this on our tv Sunday. I will say, you had my heart racing, as we were sitting on the edge of our seats! Wow, we were so worried for you, please don't do that again. We have watched your videos so much, to where we feel like you are part of our family. We love all your videos, your music, and your spirit. You are in our prayers. Be safe, be happy, stay off the slippery slopes....lol, and thank you for inspiring us to chase our dreams.
Dear Robert, just like you and your videos, your fans and their comments make me laugh, and they say laughter is the best medicine. Life is short and precious, be safe, and be happy. Thank you again, and God bless you all.
Like time travel, I have returned. Wow, that a beautiful park! I know not many like the crowds, but its so magnific to see the colorful landscape in the warmer months, and we did The Narrows hike which is a must on your next visit. We ran out of time to see it all, can't wait to go back!
Dear Robert, I am in the process of watching this video and all I can say is: Oh my God, Robert. I have to admire your daring and your great spirit of adventure. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat. You just said: "We're allmost there". I'll say it again, Oh, my God!!!!!! You reached the top! I don't know how you are going to get down. You made it! Wow.
Hi Robert. Kim and Bill from Indiana here. We just watched your Zion trip. OMG!!! You are our HERO. That climb was epic and the view was totally a fitting reward. Keep doing your thing, we love your videos and if we ever see you, you better be ready to drink free beer and eat endless tacos. Safe journeys. God bless.
What a great report, a lot of respect, filming with one hand and climbing with the other hand and still with slipperyness on one of the most dangerous paths in the world.💪🏻👏🏻
Glad you had a really great visit at Zion. Even though the scenic drive isn’t accessible by car during prime season, renting a bike and riding all the way up the scenic Drive is a blast and when you’re coming back down as long as the wind hasn’t changed fly back down those hills you just came up with amazing views all around and you only have a shuttle that comes by every six minutes or so. Best bike ride ever!
@@TravelingRobert You are right about the "peer pressure" being a factor in finishing the hike. When I reached the chains,I was ready to turn back. I was 64 at the time and a woman in her 70's was coming down from the summit changed my mind about quitting.
Very impressive hike for someone" like you" Meaning a Florida Cuban with NO experience with winter and ice conditions. I hope you know when driving into the shadows/shade in the winter mountains that you will encounter ice on the roadway. Be safe and I'm glad you made the treck to the top and back down and home safely..
I did this hike in the Summer and I can't imagine doing this in Winter conditions. Robert you are impressive in your fortitude and bravery. Great job👏👏👏
Robert - you're definitively Superman. I say that watching this video. And there's 1 more reason, I've never seen you and Superman at the same time, so you must be Superman. Even if you're not, you've got this video to show for. Amazing on so many levels!
I can’t believe you made it all the way to the summit in the snow and ice! Those crampons must have worked well and made you feel secure. Scary enough when it’s dry out, lol. You rock! My first time going through the chains, a little girl was coming back. I thought she would say it’s scary head...instead, she said...”Up ahead, there’s shade!”
My my my dear Robert Ji. I added 'Ji' to your name as a mark of respect and honour to you. No words of thanks are sufficient for you to entertain us with your amazing videos, especially this one. Well you must go into the Guinness World Record Books, as you are an Unique Person doing this brave, wonderful and amazing works.
In summer, the shuttle buses work well. You just need to get off at each stop to see the views, explore around, take the trails, etc. Then catch the next bus.
You really are free...of fear! That was thrilling and also made me nervous just watching. You owe me a refill on my blood pressure meds. 😂😂 Whew! Congrats on reaching the summit!
Robert, I said you wouldn't be able to make the top when you started, but I now must admit I will have to eat my words. You're bravery and courage is astounding, you have my respect....You're much braver than I. Congratulations, and do be more cautious in the future my friend.
I just recently started watching your informative travel videos and found this one to be the scariest out of all of them. Don't know if I would've attempted this, but kudos to you for forging ahead and showing us the perils of hiking on a mountain trail like this one. Glad you made it down alive!
Robert - I travel for work regularly and often have some time on my hands. I always hike and hit national parks, usually just for a few hours. I am going to Utah. I have to choose between 3 never been - Arches, Zion, Canyonlands or back to a favorite park - Grand Teton. While discussing with my wife where to go, I shouted out "I need to watch Robert!". Love your videos. You do great camerawork and excellent editing, but you also do a great job of narrating without talking too much. Those points aside, your work actually helps these kind of decisions but more than that, your work is a known value. To me, that's the best compliment I can give.
Be leave me you people what Robert has just done is not easy if you have ever been there you would know.He is crazy to do this in the winter just for you all. Nice job Robert.
Congratulations Robert. You say that the photography does not express the magnitude of the view. If that is so, your pictures make you a liar. I have been there and you could not have being any closer to recreating those views as I remember them. Many thanks for a wonderful job. You are a true artist. I have to thank you for a wonderful job as a true entertainer. It is not easy to do what you do and the enormous effort of worrying about every detail. I hope someday you can see everything and not have to worry about how much battery charge you have.
Kudos for accomplishing the AL hike...in the SNOW! Looks like you have a great trip! We did Half Dome last year which was great. We are heading to Zion in the spring. Can you recommend any "must do" hikes or other places (restaurants, etc.) that we should not miss? We are thinking of Buckskin Gulch which is outside of the park. We will definitely do AL. You definitely saved a ton of money by bringing a trailer. Our hotel in Springdale is over $600 just for 3 nights! We will be coming from Death Valley and ending up in MOAB, Utah. If you have never been to MOAB, I highly recommend it- been there about six times and find new areas to explore on every trip.
Hi Robert, Bless you and your family mate. Again you have done an amazing job. Sue and I love your stuff man. We also love the respect and kindness you show to others. Thankyou brother this one is amazing. Being an experienced bushwalker in the late 70's, 80's, and 90's; I really appreciate your work. I paint and photograph these sort of landscapes now. We have an older 4WD and a popup trailer tent with enclosed annex with the gear. They have travelled all around Australia, serving a couple faithfully looked after both the 4wd and camper trailer. Oh yes I have loved Astronomy and Spaceflight since I was a kid. I love fixing up old clocks and watches, the machanical kind. I love steam trains or vintage diesels. When our health lets us we like to do some road trips. Robert, you have helped both Sue and I through a really hard time. GOD has used you my friend. I have had chronic depression and anxiety since I was a kid, this included a number of suicide attempts between about 1988 to 1996. I have received great healing from GOD, I have also had great doctors, counseling and a beautiful wife and family who get me. This is a part of who I am. The severity of the illness is not as bad as it use to be. I have had to retire due to breakdowns and other health issues. Your travel videos have taken us to places that we probably wont get to see. This has only been in the last month or so since the lockdowns here in Australia. We have had "cabin fever", so when you and your wife (sometimes) hit the road with Minitinnie we have been doing it with you. We love it! My most precious thing is my relationship and faith in our ALMIGHTY LORD GOD. I would like to share that with you. Especially in this crazy time in which we live. Over 170 of us praying christians united by video link from all over Australia. We prayed specifically for all you folks in the USA. MY BIRTHDAY is on the 4th OF JULY. So you see I am particularly fond of the people of America. I know that the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY through His son JESUS CHRIST loves the people of America, in fact people everywhere. I know He loves you and your family. I know that if I was the only person on earth CHRIST JESUS would have died for me so that I could ask for and be forgiven, receive new life, hope, love and power through the HOLY SPIRIT. He would do the very same for YOU and any member of your family or any friends. My friend I would like to leave this with you. Its now about 5am Friday, 8th May 2020. Sydney Australia time. If you or your family have any prayer needs or if I can assist, please let me know. Again. Thank you for your ministry to both Sue and I. Kind regards. Phil O'Connor, Sydney Australia.
Thank you so much for sharing your adventures with all of us . My husband got me hooked on your videos, Now I can’t stop watching them. So much to see. So much to learn. Thanks again. ❤️👍🏻

Greetings from Florida.
Lol your Canyon Lookout hike scared my partner 😂
Question - visiting the Zion Canyon Overlook Trail at the end of this month - do you highly recommend wearing those spikes/cleats on our shoes?
Watching this 3 yrs after you accomplished this hike and I was on the edge of my seat the entire video!! So glad you made it back safely. Zion NP is still on my bucket list, but I don't think I'll be able to make this hike in ANY season! 😧

I was so happy when he said he was turning around before going up the last leg, but NO! He changed his mind and did it anyway!
Amazing Robert!!!
Holy crap! Thanks for hiking it so I don't have to...fear of heights. Quite the accomplishment, especially in winter! Impressive!!

The snow adds to the contrast, you don’t get that in the summer. Beautiful!
Zion and Death Valley were the best videos ever! Glad you are home in one piece!
My palms are sweating profusely just watching that hike. Hats off to you Robert!
Your voice is clearly understanding for Asian people , glad to hear that 😍
Wow....I'm impressed. You pushed and conquered. That's what you call living life to the max.

Keep doing your thing, we love your videos and if we ever see you, you better be ready to drink free beer and eat endless tacos. Safe journeys. God bless.
Awesome video, I will be doing Angels landing for the first time in June, should be a little less "sketchy" without all the snow
BRAVO for making Angels Landing! You are way more braver than me.
Omg Robert, that trail was scary. You are so brave. ❄️🏂

😀amazing, you are BRAVE, my 29 year old son did it this last summer and he loved it. He sat on the ledge. Congrats!
Thank you so much for sharing your adventures with all of us . My husband got me hooked on your videos, Now I can’t stop watching them. So much to see. So much to learn. Thanks again. ❤️👍🏻
That might be the best Robert video yet. My butt is still clenched. Well worth the two-week wait.
