Honda being the pioneers of manual shifts obviously knew what they were doing with the gear placement. Made perfect sense having it close to the steering resulting in a race car experience.
Not a big surprise, it looks very tidy and its a Honda.......... A great platform for the fun additions.

Nice condition. I have Spoon Sports progressive springs (25mm drop) and thicker front and rear JDM anti-roll bars on mine, and the handling's great for fast road use

If you’re servicing, do the valve clearances whilst you’re at it. They are every 25k on those I think. Just incase they’ve never been done.

Gear knob is painted. You can put it on a bolt in a drill and sand the paint off and polish it up really easily…..that’s if you can get it off. Some are well stuck on.
Yellow speed coilovers, hard race rear camber arms, extended steering arms, good exhaust, induction kit (teg m or velocity stack) and a kpro transforms the car

Take out the wheel arches and actually have a look because it hides so much, I had issues on an 05 prem. Also look behind the speakers , that gets very bad

Sorry guys, but you failed to look in the most important at the front behind the front wheel, where the plastic side skirt goes underneath into the inner seal you want to remove the pop clip from the bracket they normally rust very badly there, and quite often have a hole
Crash bar was the first thing that rusted off on mine

Type R badge is in the wrong place on the front
