    🍟 I ate all processed foods (as long as I could fit them in my calories, I didn’t care about the quality)
    🥤 I tried every diet food I could find (low calorie, no sugar, fat free options)
    📉 I obsessed over tracking every calorie
    🔥 I tried to burn every calorie I consumed every single day
    🚫 I missed tons of social events out of fear of going over my daily calories
    And here’s what I’ve learned and what I do now:
    🍎 I’ve never felt better than when I started eating real, whole foods.
    👩‍🍳 I found immense joy in learning to cook from scratch and nourishing my body with quality whole foods. If more people gave real cooking a shot, I believe they’d love it too.
    🥗 Quality matters! Learn about food and how different choices impact your health. When your body is adequately nourished, cravings go down!
    🧘🏼‍♀️Stress is worse for you than treating yourself here and there. I have no off-limits foods and I believe it has led me to a healthier relationship with food overall.
    🎉 Practice an 80/20 lifestyle: 80% clean and healthy eating, 20% enjoying life without stress.
