If this isn’t fixed, then it’s pretty amazing that Dan called a BT store pick and then “Beam product” completely blind. I’m wondering how many people on the planet could do that? I’ve spent a lot of cash on bottles exclusively based on recommendations from this channel and haven’t been disappointed once. I know this isn’t the most serious or snobby channel, but from a purchase guidance perspective, these reviews and tastings must be some of the best in the industry... not just on UA-cam.
The Knob Creek single barrel store picks are some of the best values in the bourbon world currently. Aged anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 times as long as Booker's, but at half the price and within just a few proof points. They vary in taste, but are almost always incredible.
Keep the blind tastings coming. You guys are hilarious. I was surprised Sean let the "I'm sure we have a lot of neurosurgeons watch this" @ 11:29 go by with just a raised eyebrow. I think I would have done a spit take.
Whiskey is like tea or coffee. It all taste like coffee or tea but there is countless different kinds and taste that appeal to people different. But whiskey then even has the complexity of how you prepare it.
Sean pointed that out as well. Sadly UA-cam doesn't allow for annotations in videos anymore so I can't correct it without pulling it down and read uploading it. Thanks for mentioning man. Now if people check the comments it'll clear it up.
Thanks, that means a lot! We have fixed some lighting issues the other night so quality should be a little bit better in the lighting department as well!

What people don't know is how long that grape conversation went on.

I would have to agree fully with this.

The amount of stupid we both say on a regular basis really prepares you, some things still get us pretty good though.
We took a mouth break. Now we go D to A.
That might be the best moment on the whole channel
Well when you put it like that we might never say that again...
LOL that Buffalo Trace edit was amazing
High Bank ...Whiskey War ...That's good stuff
The Bourbon Junkie Som strikes again! Nailed the 3rd pronunciation
I Stuck the landing! Thanks for the samples man!
@@BourbonJunkies Not bad calling 2 of 4 distillers not even knowing what I have in my collection! Next one will be more difficult haha
Sean's unhappy about it but I feel pretty good about it!
Names two of the biggest distilleries in the game, shocked when he's right...
Come for the review and get a ton of laughs with it! Love the videos, keep em coming!
Purely Fun 👌🏻.... keep at it and stay warm!
Thanks man, we won't do this anymore when it's not fun. It's what we're all about. Cheers!
Thanks! I hope it's warmer wherever you're at!
Bourbon Junkies absolutely!!! Cheers and waiting for that EC 18

At least Sean knows what a red grape is...
While grapes are purple, they are always called red grapes. Thats why it's called red wine even though its purple too
bourbon wars - NICE!!
Nice video! FYI the rankings shown at the end of the video aren't correct.

@@BourbonJunkies Got ya. Really enjoying the videos. One of only a few bourbon channels I can watch.

Back when Dan was the savant. That was ever such a long time ago.
What is your favorite store pick you've had?
Best has been two different KC Reserve SiB 120's = so good and reasonably priced. And a BT that is less sweet and more like Eagle Rare.
Purple wine or red wine, yeah, sorry Dan
Do you guys buy your own whisky?
Sure do
