- This video features men and women who are not afraid to talk about mental heath openly. Being stigma free means you will advocate for those with mental illnesses, you will support them and help them find the help they need instead of shaming them and adding to the stigma, and you will talk about mental health openly because there is absolutely no shame in doing so. Thank you for everyone who contributed. You make this world a better place.

▷ ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Kristen, I am 22 years old, from Sacramento CA, and I am graduating in the Spring with my BA in Psychology. I created this channel for three reasons that are very close to my heart. One, to help others be able to tell their stories and be advocates for mental health. Two, to give recovery tips and tricks to help others find the help they need. And three, to spread awareness for mental health issues to fight the stigma surrounding it. The more we talk about mental illness the more normalized it will be in our society and the more people will not be ashamed to get help!

Again, I want to say thank you to everyone who made videos, blog posts, pictures, or contributed in any way. Please be proud of yourselves for talking about a serious topic like mental health so openly and for spreading awareness. We are seriously changing the world one post at a time. Please SHARE THIS VIDEO so show the world that it is okay to talk openly about mental health and to show people that they are not alone. There are so many people out there fighting the same battle and it's okay to reach out for help. I love you guys sooooo much!! My name is Kristen and I pledge to be stigma free!!!
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to participate Kristen! Amazing video and you are an amazing person 💜
I love your videos, my family doesn't talk about mental health all that much, mental health is very important
+Jessica Naramor maybe you could lead by example and show them that it is okay to talk about it :)
Yeah true. It's like, so many people tend to ignore how important mental health is, which saddens me. My mental health isn't doing good right now; I have an eating disorder, I have flashbacks, etc
Wow, so many great contributions! Thanks so much for making this, it's such a great way to show us united and stigma-free together. :)
Video really well put together Kristen! So proud to be part of such an amazing community of people! Also well done on the walk!!
Thank you for making videos this week Becky :)!!
I love this so much, made me smile - how so many people from around the world can come together because of something so negative - and make it into something positive. I think we can break the stigma - and i can't wait till the day getting help and talking about mental health to those around us is not frowned up. (Im so proud of everybody yayayay)
