Great Vlog Neil really interesting and love the way you explain everything what your gonna do and how it’s gonna be done you go through what your doing really well keep up the great work!
Really cool video man. Can I ask how you got to those numbers? Would be cool to find out what settings you have tried over the years and why you changed.
PonchoTRON a lot of it comes down to both talking with other drivers and looking at tyre wear. Those settings might just make your car feel terrible so look at how the rear tyres are wearing each side. If the inside is wearing quicker than the outside then you need more positive camber and visa versa. Rear toe is all about forward bite and how fast the car is in drift. You need to have a balance between forward bite and the cars power. Tyre pressure also helps to adjust that of course. The front is set to the figures Group D gave me for their steering kit and tbh it feels savage👍
@@NeilDunneDrifting Cool man thanks for the reply. Was hoping to do my first year of IDS this year so I'm sure I'll be learning plenty about setup over the next while if we can get going at all.
I made them myself. The ones for the rear wheels are just a solid stool. The fronts have a rear wheel bearing and hub from an s14 to allow them to turn👌
Cool @@NeilDunneDrifting me too. I have never been to Ireland before but I am really looking forward to it. especially in my new car that I haven't even driven yet 😩
Thanks so much for sharing this.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Lee Quinlan cheers Lee👍
Great video 👍
Great insight Neil. Very similar setup to myself!
Great video that’s how I set up myn think I’ll have to make a set of stools like that makes a big difference having the car off the ground
Pro 307 definitely👍 it makes life much easier when you can get access to the bolts😉
Same think I might build stands for the ramp
Love that little onevia
Thank you for sharing, learn so much 👍💯

Nisuba Motorsport Engineering cheers Toni🤘🤘🤘

Is Toe-In negative toe or positive toe?
What type of turn plates are those that all four wheels are on
I made them myself.

Ghetto way is to put a plastic carrier bag down, put a bit of oil on it, then put another bag ontop and then put the wheel on
Great video. Are you competing in Ids this year?
Max Cotton Motorsport sure am Max. As soon as it gets going anyway!
Cool @@NeilDunneDrifting me too. I have never been to Ireland before but I am really looking forward to it. especially in my new car that I haven't even driven yet 😩
Max Cotton Motorsport looking forward to seeing you out there. Keep driving like you did at Buxton and you’ll go far👌
Thanks @@NeilDunneDrifting See you soon.
Brilliant video Neil 👍🏻 did ya make the stands to hold the alignment kit ? Good idea like
SMT MOTORSPORT yep. The fronts have an S14 hub built in to make them a turn table to make setting easier👌
