Positive foward and negative side bite. So for example in something like a rear trailing arm design like an e46 for example you'd be running more 0 to the negatives in the rear especially because you have the ability to change the antisquat value off of the height of the car. The higher the rear end the more antisquat you have; the lower you go the less antisquat you have.
Obviously when it comes to antisquat the more you have the less side bite you have but the more foward bite. So to get the side bite back you can run a tick of negative rear camber to get it back instead of having to touch roll bars, dampers, etc...
The opposite if you run lower antisquat percentage you gain side bite but have less foward bite; so you'd run more to the zero to positive side to gain the foward bite back.
Another thing to think about, is depending on how you have the wheel rates setup and how soft the car is roll bars, wheel rate, dampers and all...even depends on the track and the turn youre taking. You may want to run a little bit of negative rear camber because when the car is sideways at angle if you have more positive rear camber under side load it gains more positive camber; it does this because you have the road and it's pushing the bottom of the leading tire towards the center of the car so you may feel like your car wants to slide out in some turns or feels like you have no drive in a corner or you can't get on gas as much as you'd like.
When you run a little bit of negative camber to help have an even contact patch when the road pushes the bottom of the tire it's already pushing the leading wheel towards the center... so the negative camber pushes it to more like zero than anything.
