Same, it had completely skewed my purchasing patterns. I used to scour Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Beals, Ross, and Burlington for blind buys from the men's fragrance section. And I still will occasionally, but now, I'm just buying up all the lattafa/maison alhambra and rasasi clones.... fragrance world has a few bangers too
Maybe we should send Lattafa a bunch of emails convincing them to clone Midnight in Paris 🤣

I'm a big fan of Erba Pura, one of my favorite fragrances from Xerjoff 😊👍💯 and my scent of the day is Dark Rebel Rider by John Varvatos, definitely had to bring the decant for this fragrance since JV fragrances are weak in performance, but still so good with quality
I blind bought this a couple weeks ago with Intensive Silver. Really enjoy this one, I can't wait to get either Erba Pura or Kirké for special occasions.

I almost purchased Kirke. I like the way it smells and yeah its leans feminine. I have a sample spray they gave me. I might have to look at this cheap alternative. Thanks for reviewing it.
I'd love to see a comparison video of Ash's collection vs Chelsea's. My suspicion is that Ash's collection required the purchase of another property.

Great Review! I’m really enjoying this fragrance- love the juiciness of it. I’ve never smelled Kirke but I’m definitely interested now because of this dupe. But yeah I agree, it does lean quite feminine

Layer Kirke or Erba Pura with your favorite Tobacco scent. I have used Wild Man from Reyanne. Its my favorite combination and get the most compliments when I do it.
Im a dude and I really like Urba pura. But not enough to pay its retail nor discounted price. Been looking for a cheap clone from Dua ot such houses. Now this from Lattafa is certainly something I’ll keep in mind too.
I have Al Haramain Amber Oud Gold, which is the same type of clone. I like it, but that whole DNA is a bit feminine leaning for sure. Once it drys down it isn't too bad tho.

I disagree about Kirke I wear it and get lots of compliments yet it doesn't make me feel feminine. It's a beast. It's all about your attitude and personality it's unisex and playful fragrance.
As long as Lattafa continues Khamrah I will be a fan. Thanks for letting me know to steer clear of Gold as I already have Kirke and enjoy it occasionally spring/early summer. I HATE you for the Khamrah recommendation as it has become my favorite scent!
Khamrah is nowhere available atm…love to try it as well but resellers pushing the prices over 50€, which it is definitely not worthy

Update: I’ve smelled it now, and it literally smells like coconut sheabutter body lotion with a hint of cinnamon
Definitely more feminine, and definitely still not worth the Resell-Price, around 25-30$ would be appropriate
@@fatcheese8088 feminine? I don't think so...to me its very well balanced. I wore it yesterday evening and received 4 compliments straight one after the other.
2 woman and and 2 men asked me what i'm wearing and that it smells awesome...lol go figure.

I’m glad that I just ordered a decant instead of a full bottle, and I think it is definitely overhyped atm.
Longevity is good tho, can’t criticize that part
I read a recommendation for Kirke b/c the drydown is “killer”, so I got decant and I can’t tell you a thing about the drydown because I’ve never been able to keep it on my skin that long. It’s persistent but my shower scrubbing is even more so. Anyway, it’s been sitting at 95% used for months. Which is fine, that’s why we try decants.

It’s got the same raspberry stuff as Kirke without that Tiziana Tirenzi Musk or whatever that all the TT base notes have. I loved Kirke for a bit but now that dry down weirds me out. PG is less creamy than Kirke, but I like the base better. No raspberry cheesecake in this one either. 😔
Oh and the bottle is pretty bad, agree there.
I would use this as a base and mist Kirke over it to get a little creaminess back but not have to deal with that TT base. 😊
Yeah, this one in the silver one are going up in prices. I went to my duty-free store and they are selling these for around $40-$50. That is crazy.
I’m a huge fan of Erba Pura. My experience is that it conforms to the wearer. On me it comes off more masculine, on my GF it comes off more feminine.

I made the mistake of ordering Confidential Gold. It opens quite feminine but dries down ultra masculine, imo. If you love oak moss, maybe give it a try. I gave it to my daughter's bf, and he loves it. Go figure.

That was my same question. Ana Abiyedh White as well as Lattafa's Royal Blends have both been likened to Erba Pura. I've purchased Ana Abiyedh White and love the way it smells on my lady. I've read a few comments where others have made claim that a lot of the Lattafa women's fragrances are redundant. I'm wondering if that's the case here.

I have both, they are not the same. Lattafa is more like Kirke, Al haramain is more like Erba Pura, more fruity, louder, sweeter. Lattafa is not that loud. Both are good, but I prefer Al haramain.

Erba pura smells like some air freshner for me. Never a fun of and hence stays away from any dupe of same
I actually hate this one, I regret buying it, and it stinks like a toilet to me
Erba Pure to my nose was awful. Traded it after multiple tries trying to figure out what others saw in it. Smelled like rotten fruit. Don't get it. Don't ever assume because something is "niche" that it's good. Get decant before investing big bucks or try a inexpensive clone of it like the ones Ash suggests.

Go for n. 1 brate (+amber oud tobacco ed.)
I have all of those fragrances you mention under your first section. Fakhar Black and Amber Oud Tobacco are both really good and I'd recommend them both. Qaa'ed isn't too bad but I probably won't wear it very often. Afnan Supremacy Incense is a super powerful extremely smoky scent that will be hard to wear, or that's my opinion. Blending or layering it is the only way I've been able to wear it. I'd buy those first two I mentioned above and a 60ml of Mancera Red Tobacco. Red Tobacco is really strong too so it only takes a tiny bit of it to have you smelling amazing.

@@matejgospic4484 on another note, if I had to choose between Amber Oud Tobacco and Red Tobacco, I'd wear Red Tobacco. Amber Oud Tobacco opens up heavily with cinnamon and cloves and takes maybe 4 or 5 hours to get to the tobacco sweetness ladies tend to like.
