This accident is a wake up call. At least people travelling on river or sea should be able to have lifejackets on them. The need for this is to keep them afloat pending rescue. It is high time a nation surrounded by water make swimming lessons compulsory in our nursery, primary and tertiary institutions. I'm glad he is alive.

The sudden death of this guy Junior Pope show the type of life and those who he surround himself with. If it's not so, how come Junior Pope was take to a native doctor? not Hospital? it's show what those around Junior Pope or Junior Pope himself has be expose to. It's why to take Junior Pope to Hospital was never come to their mind. So a native doctor has become CPR, or physician performance to save someone from an accident.
