Madam, your negligence as the producer took 5 precious lives, as for the boat captain he's responsible for all souls on board, both of them are solely responsible for what happened out there. You can't argue that JP refused life jacket did he also refuse divers? Did the other 4 also refuse life jacket? You're on a mission to cover up and limit your responsibility. You don't do business near water without life jacket or divers. Ofcourse nobody plans for accident that's why SAFETY measures are set to prevent or reduced the risk.
