"Yeonnam-salon" is a well-known place amongst travellers and locals where you can come across Japanese-style desserts and a bowl of warm soup. They serve different kinds of soup on a seasonal basis, and you can feel the power of simplicity. Not a very strong flavour, but tasty and hard to forget after you taste it. It's like an oasis amongst the desert of the extreme flavour in the city.
