I probably would have gone without the water bowl and just given a little damp area, theyre not hydrophobic at that size so its always a possibility of drowning, just me being me lol
I know! We debated it to be honest but on the plus side at least the water only stays in there for like 3-5 days before Florida takes it 😂 I’ll end up taking it out and just dropping some water in, should give them more room too
Oh boy, that water bowl makes me nervous. She could live wonderfully with just a spritz on the side of the enclosure. Sorry, just concerned. I had a jumping spider larger than your Rosea, with a smaller bowl, who drowned. I freak a bit now ;)
I’m sorry about your spood 😢 and yeah we’ve debated back and forth on the matter. We’ve decided that ultimately we don’t need the water bowls in the small enclosures and are slowly getting them out. The good news is we live in Florida and the water evaporates in like 2-4 days anyways because of the climate here.

My little Rosea baby I dont give a water dish. I spray a small rock in her enclosure and one side piece. Shes been doing great
Yeah we have really been leaning towards taking out all water dishes for babies because its literally half the enclosure haha
