It's not surprising to me that sleep would be the secret sauce since sleeping and meditation are so much alike. Blue screens - I have much work to do in this area. I've heard you talk about it alot on many of your videos. Adenosine - funny how when we delve deeper into a subject that we discover what's really going on. My coffee has been posing as one thing but actually doing something else. Off switch - loved your tips on how to better turn this switch off. Ritus - this was my favorite one of all, rituals have served me well in the past. Great job Brian. Keep pushing.
i have another idea, that i've found works like a charm: don't lie down until you're going to bed! this will exercise your mind into thinking that as soon as you lie down it's sleeping time. so take it literally. when you're up, stay up. that's all.
Really have to work this one Brian. I do have a ritual for my day that has been very beneficial to me, and I do get 8-9 hours of sleep per night, but I do not switch off until very late, but my sleep is good. Old habits of going to sleep very late! Helen
Since the semester has been out I literally go to sleep early in the morning and walk up around 4 pm and it's extremely hard to revert to my normal sleep patterns.
My biggest problem is getting to bed on time. and convincing my self that sleep early and wake up early will make me more productive. Also with your services that you provide, do you summaries the books for faster reading, and take the key points of the book?

Use something like flux that reduces the blue light.
