Thank you for this specific exercise❤At 9:57 part, I can feel the difference which part is very tight. Raising my left leg hurts my right hip that at first I skipped it. I was repeating this routine onto other days and i can do it with less pain. Improving stretching with my right hip and hope I can do this exercise completely
