Hey coach, I have a problem where i keep having to change my jumpshot. I’ll be able to stick with it for about a week or so but then it doesn’t feel right or the same and i have to switch it up. Any tips to help me stick with one jumper?
Shoot naturally, then slowly make tweaks. Say your elbow is out when you shoot, keep it tucked but still shoot the same way

Well I say just do what the defense gives u. If U can shoot do it, but remember, u are 170 pounds so remember to use yours weight sometimes just like cashnasty uses his muscle
