So foggy until the biggest outdoor Buddha in the world can hardly be seen. Btw, your Chongqing students could be very delighted to attend the class of a pretty expat teacher. 😂

im going to hongkong soon , i havw went there a lot but as far as i know i havent been to some of the places that u mentioned im so excited to go :)
unfortunate for you.
If you haven't already, I suggest checking out Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre, you won't regret it. It is like a Church and Chrisitian centre but with Chinese architecture, very cool.
Also, check out Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery, very close to Tao Fong Shan!
If you are interested in history or military history, go to the Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence, just recently renovated.

Can we use apple pay in HK? For transport and to pay in shopping malls and restaurants?
Hi, Apple Pay worked well in the airport and in a few stores. However, public transport (tram, buses and MTR) only accept octopus. I believe cash only in taxis but I could be wrong here. I would highly recommend octopus as it is used very widely in most shops and for public transport. You can top up your octopus card at any 7Eleven which are on most street corners and get the money refunded in cash at the airport if you have any left on the card before you depart. Hope that helps.
