Love how it looks like you are in a jungle/forest but then jump into a parking deck. The way the cities have so much overgrowth is amazing.

If you haven't played The Last of Us Part I then do it! Easily one of the best story driven games of its generation, or just in general. You get way more out of this game coming up if you played the first one. It's such an amazing experience.

Why does everyone say "they are such bad shots"? Have you ever fired a weapon or shot at some one? Probably not so why do you talk about things that you have no experience in? Im not mad or attacking you as there are several other reaction groups that say the same thing. I will tell you from my Army experience that it is extremely difficult to hit a moving target without sustained fire from a machine gun. Many many times over, the amount of ammo expended to kill one man is near one hunded rounds. This is not always the case but more often than not.

By far one of the worst reactions ever.
1.) They could have at least researched about TLOU 1 so that they could get who and what the story is all about. So that they don't ask ridiculous questions on their video.
2.) Stop comparing TLOU Part II to other video games because Naughty Dog is on another whole level. In fact, don't compare any video games to other video games because people work hard to create them, most take years.
3.) At least they could've mentioned graphics, gameplay, all the technical aspects of the game play instead.
4.) It should be necessary to at least play the first game in any game that has a sequel because it is story based so that you won't be confused and actually have a sensible reaction to it.
5.) Five people are reacting to this, why do I feel like only a few are actually invested in the E3? (the guy who yawned almost the whole time isn't needed there, it sets the video off to me)
6.) I could narrow down one by one all the technical things that have improved in this game that makes this so amazing but you guys wouldn't even bother because all you care is views and just getting a reaction video out of it.

My concern is the story won't be a revenge story.
Just don't know if they would show anything really bad happening to the girlfriend. Violence against women is such a loaded topic in today's society. You can murder men non-stop, but women is not good. We will see.

Dularr It can be a revenge story without touching the love interest. There’s a lot of things that can happen that will trigger Ellie’s rage. The death of a love interest (boy or girl) is a tired trope anyway so I hope ND subverts that.

Actually killing the girl friend would subvert my expectation. Or even more, when Ellie gets back to the camp, she finds her girlfriend with the dance partner. That would be a kick in the guts. I just don't recall any modern same sex stories being other than perfect, loving relationships.
Why even watch it if you never played the first lol makes no sense. Honestly TLOU isnt for everyone some people dont really wanna pay attention they just wanna shoot shit and punch people in the face. The game isnt for you if you are one of those people.
How big is the time skip between Last of Us and LoU 2?! I thought Ellie was a kid in the first game? Why is she all grown up here?

This is such an annoying comment. That scene was beautiful done. Dena is clearly a bisexual character, and Ellie didn't have confidence that Dena would look at her that way, because she probably didn't know. Being bisexual doesn't mean that you use girls to make guys jealous. If you rewatch the scene, you see that her ex-boyfriend wasn't even there anymore. He leaves when Dena is dragging Ellie to the dance floor.
Sa R Call me cynical but I don't think it's a lack of confidence. While watching this scene Eille dosen't really seem into the girl and the look on her face tells me she knows that relationship is a temporary thing between them. Even the look the girl gives her ex-boyfriend guy just screams "I bet you miss this now" as she goes to drag Eille onto the dance floor.
Okay. I wasn't "making a fuss,' though you clearly are in your first paragraph. The person above made a direct statement that she was obviously just trying to make her ex-boyfriend jealous. No questions asked. No other explanations, or alternative opinions--which already implies on it's own that they didn't see the scene as "romantic" at all. They just saw a girl kissing another girl for attention, which is an obvious stereotype for bisexual women.
Your elaborate response in your second paragraph doesn't even compare. I understand everything you said there. I also interpreted Ellie's comments, as her own perspective. I took it as she didn't think she had a chance with Dena, and maybe her perspective isn't necessarily the right one, because she also clearly seemed to not know she was bi. I also have complete faith in Naughty Dogs storytelling as well and am incredibly excited to see how their relationship dynamic plays out.
EDIT: I also just want to make it clear that I'm not saying Ellie and Dena are even going to end up dating, or that she won't go back to her ex at some point. All relationships are complicated obviously and things don't just magically work out. It's entirely plausible that it won't, as we don't have any other backstory to go on. I just don't understand how you can watch that scene and not see that the their was a romantic connection between them on both sides.
Your assumption is wrong. Neil Druckman said in the E3 conference that Ellie and Dena met soon after TLOU ended, and they clicked immediately. He said they were just close friends until this kiss scene (the first time they kissed). So maybe don't assume the worst next time when you dont know the details. Their relationship has deep history and they were friends first before this kiss.
