Yes, those numerous tags in my armpits went away just by eating right - reducing carbs. It took a little while but very satisfied. I saved some money as well.
Yup! I am a physician, and 3 months into a strict carnivore diet, I just had about 20 skintags dry up and slough off and that was a big welcomed suprize for me!
He is 100% right. I've had tags in my armpits for the last 10yrs. Had them removed and they came back. Changing my diet made them all to go away in two months. No BS! Totally shocked! Def subbed and voted. I'm onboard for everything you share to make me more healthy and have a quality diet.
I’ve had skin tags for years, I started keto, eat 4 to 6 eggs a day, have salt instead of sugar in my coffee, eat bacon and cook that in butter, ever since I’ve changed my diet, I’ve gotten healthier. Here are the changes: 1. I no longer have plaque build up in my gums. 2. Skin tags around my neck, gone completely. 3. My leg veins have disappeared, this is a biggie for me. 4. Lost weight so much that my self esteem has jumped through the roof. 3 years and I’m younger now than I was 5 years ago! Edit July 2024: I’m still doing keto, it’s a way of life for me. Healthy as I’ve ever been. Had a medical checkup. Blood tests scans. My doctor examined me and his words.....”All blood good!” “All scan good”. “Whatever you are doing, keep doing”.
Had 5 skin tags for years ,went on full blown keto thanks to you back in June of last year, lost 70 lbs.and no more skin tags.thank you Dr. BERRY,YOUR AWESOME.
you could literally have done all that without removing carbs.. you lose weight by eating less, period. I stay lean and eat pasta all day every day. It's more realistic to think that all of your problems were SIMPLY from being obese, not what you ate. Also you can't have a strong cardiovascular system and heart without pushing your body physically, regardless of your diet. When you're 80 you'll still need a walker to get around because you didn't prepare your body for it. The average person eats a lot of carbs, when is the last time you went in public and saw everyone covered in skin tags? Asians especially eat TONS of carbs, I'm married to one, they stay skinny like I do. Not because of genetics, the ones who overeat are obese and have a food addiction, like most Americans do.

100% correct ! I went on a Keto diet and several things happened to my body besides loosing weight, the skin tags went away in about two weeks, I also had type II diabetes and that also went away in about a month. Spot-on! 👍

I went keto and i grew 3 inches taller, lost weight, ran a 3 sec 40 yd dash, became a black belt in Muy Thai in 1 year, gained enhanced hearing, the vision of a Bald Eagle, the strength of Juggernaut and healing power of Deadpool. Skin tags still there tho.
Yep skin tags gone. 7 months in. I am eating ketovore, I did 1 month of beef butter bacon and eggs, have lost 30lbs, feel great. This is my new lifestyle not a temporary diet! Thank you Dr. Berry and Neisha!

Ive had skin tags as long as I can remember 50+ years. My father and his mother had them terribly around their neck and armpit areas. I always thought it was a generational issue I’d never be rid of. Oh my goodness, several I had on my neck have totally disappeared and one under my armpit is shrinking. I’ve only been Ketovore since 2/10/22 and am so happy to see my body transforming as I continue this lifestyle! Lost weight, lost inches off my body, my labs are getting so much better! It is amazing to me that after 30+ years of morbid obesity and health issues no doctor could figure out, I’m healing!! Woohoo! THANK YOU DR BERRY!!!

I had dozens of skin tags. Now after 13 months strict carnivore, I have zero tags. They have not come back. I have also cured multiple other health issues andmy Dr. is very curious and even said she is open to new things and willing to learn.
I had 2 skin tags on my neck. I went on Keto, after about 8 months of Keto, my skin tags were gone. Also, I lost 105 pounds. Keto saved me. I am still on Keto.
@@SimplySherriJ what did you lower your carb intake to a day? I’m needing to make some changes in my life due to health and it’s looking more and more to me that a lower carbohydrate diet is what is best for me… I’m just not sure on what’s a safe amount of carbs to keep my body from crashing. Just curious on what other people are doing for carb intake per day.
I have always had skin tags, as well as my mom, aunts and 2 of my kids. Keto 3 yrs now and just realized as I watched this, "yeah, they are all gone"! Awesome
I did the Keto diet for 2 years, and yes the skin tags reduced and disappeared. Life got in the way and went off Keto for the last 2 years and they have started to come back. It is true.
I started a high protein keto diet, and while watching this video, I looked under my arm and the skin tag I've had there for years is actually shrinking. It used to sag badly, but now it's almost leveled with the skin. I've lost 43 pounds since November, and got another 70ish to go.
Started keto diet six weeks ago. I'd been diagnosed as being pre diabetic and had high blood pressure. Have lost about 15 pounds and was amazed to find I'd also lost most of my skin tags. My doctor told me these are age related. I also feel full of energy and am sleeping better, heartburn gone. Fantastic results. Learning so much from Dr Berry.
Absolutely true what you are saying. The dermatologist, who removed most of them was decent enough to tell me that the cause was excess insulin, no skin problem. Since I kicked off Keto+IF: no new ones.
@@peterbell3172 I experienced the same result as Mil. I lost 65 pounds and 5 prescriptions. I'm a T2 diabetic. I was taking Metformin, Jadiance, Novolog and Tresiba. I was on two blood pressure meds, also a drug Fenofibrate for triglycerides. After a month on keto I was taking Metformin for the diabetes and one blood pressure pill which I had to cut in half. Even after the weight loss, after my endocrinologist said my diabetes was in the gray area of almost not being diabetic any more, and after dropping all those meds, when I mentioned to my doctors that I did it by following the Keto diet, which I learned from UA-cam doctors, my GP scoffed and told me not to follow those whackos, my endocrinologist frowned and shook her head, and my cardiologist actually yelled at me for following bogus medical practices. My blood results were excellent, my triglycerides had never been lower, but that just wasn't enough for them. Since then I have never mentioned the word Keto again.
Yes! I had numerous skin tags - under my arms, my neck, under my breasts. I started the keto diet, lost 40#, and noticed all of my skin tags went away. Life/stress happened and I fell back into the high carb, high sugar SAD, gained 50# over the past year and my skin tags came back. For me, skin tags are definitely diet related. Did a kitchen purge today, went grocery shopping, and jumping back into the keto/low carb/grain free WOE tomorrow. I can't wait to get rid of the extra pounds, the insulin resistance, the skin tags, the horrible sugar cravings, the migraines, the horrible heartburn. Here's to a better me!
Than you for sharing. I lapsed as well... getting off carbs again and won't be coming back. Got a bread maker and am going to try flax seed flower...a burger just isn't a burger for me without a bun.
I just had an ahah moment. When I was extremely sick from Lyme disease, Bartonella ,and mold exposure, I became pre diabetic. I noticed skin tags developing (not realizing the connection). Being pre diabetic scared me. I cut out all grain and sugar, among other things at the time. Now I’m pretty much on ketovore diet. Those skin tags disappeared somewhere during my change in diet and sp has the pre diabetes. I didn’t watch this video earlier because it didn’t apply to me, haha! I watched it now because a friend has skin tags. I know he is not metabolically healthy. Thanks for all you do Dr. Berry.
Thank you, doctor! I had skin tags when I was type 2 diabetic. I went from an A1C of 7.0 to 5.5 in three months on keto, and my skin tags are GONE!! You are one smart doctor! ❤️
Had a large brown skin tag on my face by my ear. Dermatologist said it was not of any concern but I was stuck with it unless i wanted surgery. After being keto for 3 months most of it just fell off! Staying on keto and I am sure it will eventually be gone. What a blessing! No surgery Praise God!
I needed to hear this! I was a person who had skin tags removed! By changing my diet, losing almost 50 pounds, AND lowering my insulin intake, I DID notice that my skin tags were disappearing! I hadn't thought about them until I watched this! Thank you Dr. Berry!

I am not sure if you check these comments any longer but ... I want to thank you, Dr. Berry. This simple video on skin tags was the start of my keto journey. My doctor diagnosed me as pre-diabetic and I am on a journey to reverse this. This video on skin tags (which I noticed were popping up all over the place) woke me up. I have lost 24 pounds in 9 weeks on keto and I am a 50 year old, perimenopausal woman! I feel GREAT and my supportive doctor has agreed to redo my labs in a few months to see how I am progressing. I appreciate the work that you do and wanted to let you know that you make a difference.
What a great reply Susan. Merry Christmas. Taking responsibility for our own health gives us strength and health that one just doesn't realize until we've done what is right for our bodies. I wish I had known about Keto when I was 50 I bet it is helping you threw menopause. I haven't seen a video on that but maybe there is. Congratulations on preventing diabetes.
When I did Keto and worked out, my tags really did go away. This is the first time I’m hearing of this. I can genuinely confirm this has happened to me.
I’m not on keto per se, but on a medically supervised restricted and low carb low sugar diet at the moment, about two months in. The weight is coming off, but I never thought about skin tags at all. I’ve had an annoying large one under my arm for years and never wanted to wear sleeveless blouses in public. But I just checked and it’s almost gone! 😳 I had smaller developing ones on my neck and it turns out that they are now completely gone.
Thank You Dr Barry for this video. It started my on my journey with Carnivore, and yes all my skin tags disappeared ,previously had 20-30 a year removed, my Dr said nothing just prescribed more meds. I'm now 15 months Carnivore, lost 75 lbs and completely off all cholesterol and blood pressure meds BP now 118/60 at 65 years old. My Dr is skeptical but amazed at the results. Still wants me on cholesterol med as my ldl is at 5 , but this is normal level I'm told for a person with Carnivore diet. THANK YOU DR BARRY Steve h.
My daughter was about 53 yo when she found out that she was diabetic. She had dozens of skin tags, mostly on her neck. She now is on medication and watches what she eats. The skin tags got smaller and smaller until they went away. I learned about skin tags and diet from Dr. Berry.😊
Had skin tags and even have had a few removed in the doc’s office. Was also told I was pre diabetic but I never put the two together... neither did my doc. I’ve been low carb about two years and it occurred to me that I have NO skin tags.
@C.M. Bright they just went away. I suppose one could say that they “reabsorbed” into the body. Maybe Dr. Berry could give a medical opinion on what happens to skin tags that just go away. @Ken Berry
I personally had dozens of skin tags, some quite large, back when I was eating a high-carb diet, and even while eating high-carb paleo. After a few years of keto, I have 1 small skin tag left, but I'm not gonna tell you where it is...
Count me in. I had skin tags on my neck, and yes, the doc said I have diabetes and referred me to the keto diet. I don’t know when the tags disappeared, but they are gone and my glucose levels are controlled with the keto diet. It seems hard, but so many websites that have delicious food, that I don’t miss any junk that I ate before. Thank you Dr. Berry for all your words of wisdom! I listen to all you have to say.
Dr. Berry every time I watch a video of yours I learn about something positive that the Keto diet has done for me. I noticed the 45 pounds I lost, the swelling of the ankles, how much better I feel and many other benefits right away....but now I see that my many skin tags are almost all gone. You are a God send, may he continue to bless you and your family. THANK YOU!
Same here. Keto and intermittent fasting for 4 months and my A1c’s are well into normal now. They were prediabetic almost into diabetes type 2. I’ve also lost 30+ lbs without exercising! UPDATED: Currently I’ve now lost 46 lbs! still on keto and loving it! 👍🏻 you gotta try it!
I had 100s that I could feel around my collar bone that 95% cannot be felt anymore. I still have some of the bigger ones under my arm pits that have shrunk By 70% but not totally gone “yet”. I reached 448 at the beginning of Covid quarantine peak and my life spiraled out of control. My lymphedema ran completely out of control and I noticed that I had developed more skin tags than I used to have. I would have about 5 max here and there, but all of a sudden I noticed I had about 20 and they were spread out everywhere. I have been on a keto diet with my sister because I got to the point I couldn't walk or take care of the sores that were forming on my legs. after 64 days, I have lost 70 pounds so far and am finally getting my strength back and I noticed just the other day that my skin tags are down again and I was amazed. So, all I can say is that 70 pounds later...things are changing. :0

I have been on Carnivore for about 95 days and the two skin tags I had are barely visible anymore, almost completely gone! It’s a nice effect of this wonderful new way of eating! Thank you, Dr. Berry, for all of your wonderful lessons on how to do it and succeed!
What the ****. I always had a few skin tags on my neck. Started keto nearly three months ago. Just found that video and was thinking, I have those too, what can I do to get rid of them. While watching the video I noticed I didn't feel them. So I jumped in front of amy mirror and they are actually gone. I didn't even notice it up till now. I am so happy with the ketogenic diet!!!
Dr, when I was pregnant I got lots of skin tags, many. And when I gave birth they disappeared, but unfortunately not all of them. Im going to follow that diet and I'll let everyone know the results. Thanks for your advices and your channel!
Don't they say women can develop gestational diabetes? I believe it goes away after The woman gives birth I'm not 100% sure on that but I'm pretty sure it's how it works maybe you got gestational diabetes when you were pregnant? And just never found out
I went to check my skin tag in my eye lid and blow me out, it is gone! I’ve been skipping meals and reducing carbs for the past 3-4months, for the purpose of losing weight (to which I did lose 10kg!), now randomly bumped into this video and happily found about the annoying skin tags. Great stuff!
Dr.Berry, when I think of all the times, I went to my dermatologist to get my skin tags removed, and not one time was I ever told what caused them or how to prevent them. I can't wait to tell my doctor of my newfound information on skin tags. Thank you!
Yes...you are correct. And by the way, I removed my skin tags with Apple Cider Vinegar... pour on a cotton ball, sleep with that every night and throughout the day for 2-3 days and the tags turn black, and then, pull them off with a tweezer or they may just fall off by themselves.
Mike Volpe, most doctors do not take well to their patients telling them anything. They get super annoyed when you tell them that you did research on the internet, regardless if you say it came from a Dr, an nihm report, or anything else. I've even emailed them the research articles, reports, and vids. I've been gaslit by Drs who felt ego damage. I had a specialist tell me that I was a threat to Drs because I knew so much, and that's why they were responding and treating me in the manner they did. Good luck. Better show than tell.

YES. I changed my diet recently and hadn't thought about it- but my skin tags have reversed. Up to that point, I had been getting more and more tags. Thank You!
Dr. Berry is RIGHT. All my skin tags disappeared following his dietary recommendations along with a long list of physical diseases, ailments, and irritations.
I have had a bump on my eyelid where my lashes come out for years. I never even thought of it as a skin tag but I always hated it. I just realized it is gone! I have been on keto/low carb for over 2 months now and keep finding benefits that I never would have expected!
Skin tags were a regular problem. Six months into ketovore and they are almost all gone. Those still here have shrunk and I've no doubt they will be gone at some point as well. What I find the most interesting is that I've had two long creases in both earlobes (Frank's sign) and they are disappearing. One line on each earlobe has definitely shunk in length and depth...still noticeable, but I can see a definite difference. At times it's hard to even see it at all.
You are spot on. I just started noticing skin tags under my armpits and less then a year ago was diagnosed as pre diabetic and i have never had skin tags before.
I forgot that use to have tons of skin tags around my neck area. Been doing keto faithfully for 6 months and when I saw this video I realized I only had one left! Amazing!
Yes, this was true in my case. I was a full blown diabetic on insulin and other meds and I stopped eating sugar, carbs. Starting to lightly exercise, eat less food. Lost 50 lbs, got off all the meds, high blood pressure meds and no more skin tags. Everything we eat has sugar. So this is true.
Totally makes sense! I've noticed skin tags coming and going but I never linked it to my diet. I just recently went back to lower carb more meats because I started lifting so I'll definitely keep and eye out and see if that is the difference for me! Thanks for the info! BTW, 6.5 million views at this point!
My doctor, in 15 years time, has never talked about the cause of a disease or what I could do to correct it. He looks at his computer screen for awhile, finds the medicine, and sends out a prescription to my drug store.
@@NJeanB that's typical Western World medical practice cut and dope method. So glad to hear this doctor always gets at the source and not just treats symptoms. So sick of the medical community always treating the symptoms. By the time patient has been loaded with meds for years and later finds out the patient had some detrimental disease that could have been treated. For instance, my relative treated for Alzheimer's for 2+ years. Yes they had taken cat scans of head but dismissed the results and never reported .....because remember the docs office will call you if something is wrong on images. So no news is good news right? NOT! 2+ years later found out he had hydrocephalus of brain and brain damage was already done, irreversible, could no longer speak or walk. A shunt and proper care could have given him a long healthy life. But long terrible suffering and pain is what happened. So please be your own advocate, always get your images and records and maintain your own health files and take them to another doc for another opinion before its too late..

Had no idea they were diet related thought it was an old age thing. Super happy my ketovoire diet saved me from that!
This is interesting -- years ago I noticed I had multiple skin tags around my neck (necklace area). One person told me to stop wearing synthetic fabrics, another told me to only wear 'real' jewelry - silver and gold, no plated jewelry. Then years later, I went on keto to lose weight -- worked like a charm, not only lost weight but my A1C was normal. Docs have diagnosed me with insulin resistance (prediabetes). Now, I have no skin tags, but I never noticed that until I watched this video.

He is right! I was diagnosed with diabetes a little less than five months ago. My ac-1 was 11.8. I was not overweight by the way. I had recently gotten a lot of skin tags. And now, they shrunk to almost nothing in 5 months of eating low carb.
Yep, I switched to a keto diet about 2 months ago and my skin tags disappeared. It was the strangest thing. I didn’t realize that switching my diet was likely the reason they went away. Most changes and improvements happen at a cellular level and are measured by doing labs but this was something you could physically monitor and evaluate.
I've had skin tags develop for several years. Even went to a dermatologist twice because some of them grew into my eyelashes and my MD wouldn't touch them. I also developed hard, small bumps under my facial skin that no medical person could tell me how to get rid of/prevent. Furthermore, I have darkish skin on one side of my neck and on a part if my chest; my MD said it was sun damage (I have not been sunburned EVER on the side of my neck up under my hair, and not in years on the chest). Now, since on Keto as of August, 2021, the dark patches are fading. The skin tags are gone or shrinking, and no new ones are forming, and the nodules on my face have vanished and also no longer developing. I still have quite a way to go for optimum weight loss, which is why I started following this diet. I have lost 30 pounds and lost 8 inches on my waist so far, which is half my weight goal. I have not done any heavy exercising other than yard work and walking. I feel SO good, and now realize this Keto thing is NOT just about weight loss. It is about health, in SO many ways. So: tried it for the weight loss, and staying with it for the health benefits. I share with friends and family every chance I get! Thank you, Dr. Berry, for your amazing, common sense videos
I truly thank you Dr. Barry for all the info about our health that you have brought forward. I am a keto success myself, 4mths in, down 45lbs to my high school weight of 180 again and I feel so spry it's wonderful!
I lost like 25 kg doing keto diet. Since then I am doing it the 5 working days and weekend I eat carbs just to maintain the weight. I'm doing it for 3 years... Weekends when I eat carbs specially sweets my tongue have a strange feeling of burning or something and I sweat more but last I checked my diabetes were ok...
It’s true. I used to have dozens of skin tags in all the places you mentioned. Had them taken off; they just grew back. Went on a keto diet, got my type 2 diabetes under control without meds, lost over 100 pounds, and all my skin tags disappeared. That was about 4 years ago, and it’s still working. 👍
That’s interesting, after approximately 2-3 weeks of being on healthy keto and fasting for 19 hours between dinner and breakfast I noticed one evening my only skin tag had fell off under my arm pit, I even called my mom asking her if it’s ok. Good to know and thank you for all your videos!
I had never heard of this until today. I immediately checked the skin tag on my eye. I've been eating a carnivore diet for about 1 month and the skin tag on my eye has definitely shrunk quite substantially. Great information!
It's true. The Atkins diet made my skin tags vanish, and I had a lot of them. I didn't realize it right away, but the more weight I lost, the healthier I felt, the more they vanished. I always thought that was the reason, but until this video, no one had ever stated it. Thanks Doc.
I never realized the correlation, but I significantly dropped my carb intake as I entered my 50s, and the skin tags that used to show up over my eyelids and in my pits have disappeared.

I’ve had skin tags for years, I started keto, eat 4 to 6 eggs a day, have salt instead of sugar in my coffee, eat bacon and cook that in butter, ever since I’ve changed my diet, I’ve gotten healthier. Here are the changes:
1. I no longer have plaque build up in my gums.
2. Skin tags around my neck, gone completely.
3. My leg veins have disappeared, this is a biggie for me.
4. Lost weight so much that my self esteem has jumped through the roof.

Interesting
you could literally have done all that without removing carbs.. you lose weight by eating less, period.

Yes...you are correct. And by the way, I removed my skin tags with Apple Cider Vinegar... pour on a cotton ball, sleep with that every night and throughout the day for 2-3 days and the tags turn black, and then, pull them off with a tweezer or they may just fall off by themselves.
So how did your doctor respond to the information?
Most doctors aren't informed
I wouldn’t tell them…I would show them😊
Take before & after pix
Mike Volpe, most doctors do not take well to their patients telling them anything. They get super annoyed when you tell them that you did research on the internet, regardless if you say it came from a Dr, an nihm report, or anything else. I've even emailed them the research articles, reports, and vids. I've been gaslit by Drs who felt ego damage. I had a specialist tell me that I was a threat to Drs because I knew so much, and that's why they were responding and treating me in the manner they did. Good luck. Better show than tell.
“and they’re going to bring their friends” Wisdom, true compassion for his patients, and the humor on top. What more could you want in your Family Physician!
He said it just as I was reading your comment 😶
Dr. Berry, Im 75 years old, have never had skin tags, but have lost 40 lbs. over 6 months following the keto diet plan.
I have had a bump on my eyelid where my lashes come out for years. I never even thought of it as a skin tag but I always hated it. I just realized it is gone! I have been on keto/low carb for over 2 months now and keep finding benefits that I never would have expected!
Unreal, unbelievable who knew? My dr is clueless
Have the same issue…may have to give this a try!!
I just realized my two eyelid bumps are almost gone, 3 weeks serious keto after a 3 week phase-in.
@@lindapelle8738 Unfortunately, too many doctors are clueless. I don't think the universities, are updating their books. lol

Figure you have any of these things you
But Io will be there by noon y
When I was working in the Cath Lab, we always looked to see if a patient had ear creases- matching coronary artery stenosis...
@@dianegaus3561 WOW! I never knew about this correlation. Thank you for posting💕
You are spot on. I just started noticing skin tags under my armpits and less then a year ago was diagnosed as pre diabetic and i have never had skin tags before.
He’s telling the truth, I just noticed mine, I’ve been on keto and intermittent fasting six months now
How often do you fast
What's this a medical doctor who actually wants to talk about the cause instead of just "managing symptoms"
Highly unusual!
Amazing.
Nice....the way it should be!
My doctor, in 15 years time, has never talked about the cause of a disease or what I could do to correct it. He looks at his computer screen for awhile, finds the medicine, and sends out a prescription to my drug store.
@@NJeanB that's typical Western World medical practice cut and dope method. Reality is except in an emergency most doctors will do you more harm than good because they aren't trained in curing the underlying problem but symptom management which translates to keeping you on pharmaceutical dope and drives profit.
They did disappear when I switched my diet to a more keto diet. I just never found the correlation until now. Thank you for the insight!
Yes. My skin tags disappeared with carnivore. My moles are also disappearing
Yes!! Spread the word!
I don't have many skin tags but my moles have increased and gotten darker.. looked into dermatologist so nothing wrong.. but what's the deal? I'm 90% Carnivore for last 4 yrs but no changes 🤷♀️
😯
@@MatrixxPhoenixx yes they might not all disappear. But are you eating sugar or lactose?? Mine changed color too, got darker, scabbed over.. 😮 I was worried. Then flattened and half turned back into normal skin. But not all of my moles are gone, some are still flattening. All skin tags gone though. Perhaps age is a factor. I’m 31. I was also accidentally starving for 6 months. So perhaps carnivore plus fasting is more effective 🤷♀️
@@rachelmoore5079 yes I do IF and most of the time I also feel like I'm eating less and less.. I'm just 5'2 and 112 lbs. During my divorce 8 yrs ago I got shingles and so still emphasize keeping the immune strong.
I'm very healthy I went Carnivore bc I want to keep my health and the skin tags concerned me. I do have constant stress.. 4 wonderful young adult kids that keep me on the go lol. Early this year my white blood cells were low but nothing in test gave a clue 🤷♀️ All other markers were good. I stay away from sugar except my morning cafe latte 🤫
I started getting pretty big skin tags on the edge of my right eye. Once I started Keto (a couple of years ago) they started shrinking. I can barely feel them now. They aren't completely gone, but Keto has made a HUGE difference.
I want to clarify if low carb keto is ok with kidney disease?
Samantha Henson, I have heard Dr. Berry say several times that keto is not bad for kidneys but is good for them. He has several videos where he highlights this point. He also has mentioned it in several of him and his wife's lives. You might find them very helpful.
@@mfmeowski3679 The fact is the human body doesn't need to consume carbs. Our bodies will produce all the carbohydrates that we need out of protein. No matter what your condition, cutting down on carbs as much as possible can only be beneficial. Some people _tolorate_ carbs better than others, but no one actually needs them.
It's happened to me!!! Skin tag on the neck harden and eventually fell off.
I used to have three or four skin tags under each armpit. Couple of years ago when I went on keto I not only drop 60 pounds but I dropped all the skin tags:-)
I've dropped close to that since July of last year. Congratulations Harry
Nice.
Wow! That's amazing.
👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🎉🎉🎉🙂
👍👍👍Great job!
I noticed my skin tags disappear when I ate less sugar, less desserts, brought down my body fat, did IF, less processed food, less sugar in my life overall. I wasn't on carnivore at the time. Now I'm doing Paul Saladino's animal based, last week I was on pure carnivore thanks to Dr Barry!
Used to have a lot. Went low carb. They got small and went away. All good.
Our company started a wellness challenge and I chose to be the only one that lost my weight via low carbs and no exercise. I won the wellness challenge, got my A1C from 7.7 to 6.1 and after a couple more months continuing low-carb, my skin tags were almost gone. Good stuff.
Not only will tags go away, dark spots anywhere in your body go away, you lose weight and feel so much better healthwise.
Agreed. So much more energy at my age is awesome
Thanks so much *MR OBALAR* on UA-cam for curing me from Herpes, keep saving lives.❤😊😊
Had skins tags popping up all of a sudden drove me crazy especially the ones on/around my eyes and neck. Went on Keto and in a couple of months noticed all the skin tags had disappeared.
Crap, I knew I was pre D
Edit out the misused big superiority / purity term lady, pfff, all wøm’n are the exact opposite of lady etc - I am THE only Lady / Princess / Queen / Goddess / Star etc aka the superior / pure being!
So refreshing seeing a doctor in a country where medical care isn’t free and accessible to everyone actually try and help people solve important health issues 🙌🏻
He is right! I was diagnosed with diabetes a little less than five months ago. My ac-1 was 11.8. I was not overweight by the way. I had recently gotten a lot of skin tags. And now, they shrunk to almost nothing in 5 months of eating low carb.
I did keto for about 6mo & lost 38 lbs and my skin tags never went away. 😔
I have been on Carnivore2-1/2 years, and my teeny tiny skin tags disappeared along with many other things . Yahoo!! Thanks Dr. Berry.
Keto is the answer to a lot of issues in the body that people may mistake as “just aging”
Exactly right!
True!
@@KenDBerryMD can skin tags be malignant?
@Darkfarfetch really??? Post proof
What is keto
Definitely the truth. I reversed my diet and I don’t have anymore skin tags. Yea!
I'm 50 and eat a high carb low fat diet and I don't have any skin tags and I haven't been sick in over 5 years.
Yep. My husband had skin tags for the 30 years I’ve known him. Keto for 1 year and no more skin tags.
D W they disappeared totally? They feel off?
Yep my hubs also. And I had them on my neck. All gone now.
@D, did they just fall off?
@@lindahandley5267 no idea, we just noticed they had disappeared when someone else mentioned that theirs had gone. I suspect they just got smaller and smaller until the skin was smooth again. I.e. the body reabsorbed them.
@Alison, that makes sense and I figured they just shrunk up. That's great!
90% OF MY skin tags have went away and I had a lot of them also lost over 50lbs! Not 100% keto but really have been eating more of a low carb/keto diet. Dr Berry you are the best!
